Boulder City Municipal Golf Course

Fairways were good. Greens a little bumpy but true enough. Overall, a nice time for novice and better players. Would be nice if they added 100 yard markers.

In fairness, the course was being overseeded so the fairways were not in good shape. Greens were OK and the layout was interesting. I think it is a good test of golf, longish for women. I would like to play it again under better conditions.

Boulder City golf course is in transition from summer to winter with over seeding in progress through mid October. The course and greens are not in the best shape, but will be much better when the over seeding is completed.

This course is a nice municipal track. Fairways and greens are average; pace of play is very good for the Las Vegas area. Nice water features in places. This is the place to play if you like to work on your game.

My wife and I played the course and enjoyed it. Prior to stepping on the first tee not so much. The desk person signed on his system and saw we had booked through GolfNow, and presumably the rate, and had a tone that wasn't exactly friendly. After that there were one word answers to any questions we had. My gripe is that if Boulder City is going to participate in GolfNow then they should show a little respect for the people who happen to get a reduced rate. Fortunately the golf was much better than the impression we got.

I know it's called long grass and the objestive is to stay on the fairway, but the game doesn't always go as intended, so please cut the grass. My son and I lost many balls because of this and made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. As we were looking for ours, we found many other balls, so chances are other golfers played the same as we did and gave up on finding their balls also. All else was in fair/good condition.

Course was in good condition, rough was just that. Needed to keep ball on fairway to score well. Nice layout, good fun!

Had a great time on this course. The players around the course were very friendly, the course was in good condition (although the greens were REALLY slow).

Friendly staff, not too crowded, always a good value.

Boulder City Municipal is a great course to take the family out on! The staff is always glad to see you! I was able to play a round with my wife and 10 and 7 year old children. Great 18 hole course the kids can also have fun playing and it dosen't break dad's wallet.. It has always been one of the best kept secrets in the Vegas Valley!

My wife and I really enjoyed this course. It's about 25 miles from the Las Vegas strip, which made for nice getaway from the sensory overload you get there! It is easy to get to. We took advantage of a Golf Now special,and what we paid for green fees and cart was unbelievable $18 a piece. The greens are in very good shape and fairways are pretty good too. If you have transportation and the time, I would suggest you make the drive to Boulder City and try this course.

This course is a great value for the money. Typical "old school" municipal course with wide open fairways (not that it helped me any) and nice conditions throughout. Easy pace of play. Lots of trees along the course (I found most of them with my ball). One of the most relaxing rounds of golf I've played in ages. Definitely recommend playing here.

Grounds were in great shape and pace was great, we finished in 3.5 to 4 hours with a foursome. The first few holes were very easy and they get moderately challenging as the course goes on. There was some difficulty finding a starter, marshall or mobile food service though.

excellent course, great value. It is very relaxed, all staff was very kind which made my play very much relaxed and comfortable.

Although this course is a bit "off the beaten track", it is well-maintained with a friendly staff and an excellent golf experience for the money. The tree-lined fairways and tee boxes will make for a great outing on a hot summer day for players of all levels!

I play B.C. several times a year,,, the course is always in good shape, and the staff is great.

Too bad not friendlier as course is old school and inviting!

my wife and I enjoyed the outing very much. There was no waiting and it was in fairly good shape. For me, it's a great practice course as I'm not made of money, and I need the practice.
