Wolf Run Golf Club

big fun to be had here. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Let us play as a couple even though we were scheduled to be paired up with 2 singles. had no hold ups or pushes from behind, in fact it was almost like having the whole place to our selves. Had a great time and will definitely return.

The conditions and price were ideal. My son-in-law & I came from So. Cal. We found the course challenging and the greens fast. I'd come back again to play. My daughter lives in this community so I do plan on coming back again and again.

We had a T time 2 minutes after the 4some before us. Everyone coming off the front 9 was complaining it took 3 1/2 hours to play the front 9. It took us 4 1/2 hours to play 14 holes and we left. Miserable slow and had to leave because we had an appointment. For the money we paid, we were not happy. On the other hand, the course is beautiful, well maintained and challenging. The only reason for the low staff rating is they were too busy to be attentive because of the backlog.

All staff was outstanding and greens were rolling beautifully. Fairways were a little muddy in places.
Pace of play was extremely slow and never saw a marshal. 5 3/4 hrs. Would play here again however and hope for better pace.

My friend and I decided to play a final round on our HAN mini vacation. The course was not crowded, but it did play a tad slow (4 hours +). The greens and fairways were excellent. Just a little too difficult for my skill level (22 index). When I get better, I will be back.

My wife and I really enjoyed this course. Lots of different and challenging holes. Course was kept up and the greens held and putted true.

Staff was tremendous made me feel like they all knew me an I was a member. Course was outstanding and challenging. Will definately go back in the future.

Course is going downhill fast. Fairways were uncut, greens were bumpy, and bunkers didn't look like they had had any maintenance, let alone a good raking by greens staff, in days. Of course, the bunkers on this course have always been abysmal. Practice facilities are also marginal and putting green had same issues as actual greens. This is a $25 / round course.

we played 9 holes and got rained out. I asked if we could get a rain check and they told me since we did golfnow there was nothing they could do.

no water stations for 18 holes for this course thats unheard of golfnow needs to call them.it was 101 heat a person could died heat stroke.

I really like this course since it seems to suit my eye well. Every tee shot you can visualize your landing area. Nice an open, so for a inconsistent driver, i was pleased to still find my ball most of the time :) Also has a lot of risk vs reward shots!

A beautiful course, with friendly staff and well maintained fairways and greens. If you can keep it straight, you will love the long fairways. Otherwise, bring extras for mulligans. Looking forward to playing it again.

Look for the discount and play Wolf Run. The only real drawback was pace of play. Over 5 hours. Staff very friendly. Just need to educate players. The course marshall needs to be more active.

great golf outing for all reno res. excellent golf course

We didn't know about "cart paths only" until we arrived. Very much detracted from the enjoyment of the experience. I would not want to do that again and it makes me hesitant to return to this facility.

Course is in perfect shape,guys I was paired with were fun, the pace was horrible. We got so backed up we paired up again as a fivesome and the threesome in front was still holding everyone back. The Marshall could care less! Just told us stories about how he had a slow day when he played, but did nothing to encourage ready play. Otherwise great.

The rain of late has made all golf in Northern Nevada great and Wolf Run was no exception.
Perfect condition

There is not much else to say the course is fantastic greens are fast and they were really receptive, bunkers were in fantastic condition

hooked up with 3 locals which made for a very fun but it was a very windy round, course is now run by a mgt group which also includes Dayton and others, condition of Dayton is better than Wolf Run, there are quite a few bare patches on the course, greens were fast and greenskeeper had some diabolical pin placements where you had virtually no chance of making a putt unless you were in the 1 spot directly under the hole, the locals I joined made it a fun round, I preferred Dayton over Wolf Run
