Los Lagos Golf Course

The temp was low nineties, but didn’t feel that bad at all. Another great round with my golf buddies. Didn’t have to wait on almost every hole. Finished in 4 hours 15 minutes. Every green was in great shape. Fast and true. Fairways were not too wet, not too torn up. I shot a 76 but the course is a par 68, but still a solid round for me. I play here about twice a month.

We had a group in front of us that was a family. Two golfers and their wives and kids. They weee at least two holes behind the group in front of them. But they were nice enough to allow us to play through at the turn. We finally caught the group in front of us on 16. All in all it turned out okay. But I don’t understand how they were allowed to be on the coarse teaching their wives how to play and the kids running everywhere.

From nine was in better shape than the back nine, but I guess that's why it was cart path only the back nine. I hadn't been here since it flooded a couple years back, but it was in nice condition. Greens were solid, and the pace of play wasn't too bad for a weekend (just under 5 hours).

The course was in a good condition.. Greens were recently punched so they were slow which is expected.

The fairways need some work done as there are many bare or uneven patches. Bunkers were in good condition.

Generally good value for the money.

I love this golf track. Not too long not too short, not too slow, just right for any handicap. A lot of uneven lies if you miss thee fairway, fairways and greens are above average, and the price is fair. $42-$65 w/ cart. Always have a good time w/ my golf buddies. Only bad thing is that they pull all the pins close to sunset, but you can still play, just don’t know where the hole location is. Seems pointless to me. Also, be aware of homeless community in the creek.

I was told that you can’t take the Carts on the front nine. I’m a handicapped marine who can barely walk do to my injuries that I have .

That just seems so wrong, but this same place that makes you carry your clubs to the club house and back.

Not Very Handicap Friendly.

Even with front nine cart path only is was still fun to play. I’m always surprised at the consistent conditions which are pretty good for the amount of play. I think a marshal should be more present. The group of young men in the group ahead of us were all over the place driving their carts in the fairways on par 3s as well as driving them next to the greens and on some holes they drove over the greens. They ignored posted cart path only signs and even drove over fairways on the front 9 when they were instructed not to. It’s to bad a group like that can spoil a great outing.

Fairways in good shape, greens are fast and true, some pin locations were challenging. Over all a great course for beginners up to advance players!
