Course was in great condition for this time of year but ran into a slow back 9. Will be back again as it’s always a fun challenge

I played with some members and they were great partners and course guides. Annual membership fees are very reasonable! Course has a natural layout and everything is reachable from the gold tees if not the whites. Lots of elevated greens and uphill as well as downhill and challenging lies..

Besides the challenges of the course. Their distance markers on the ground are almost nonexistent. Difficult to guess unless you have laser finder or electronic gps

This is a very good course, wide open and not much water so yes if you need a vicious challenge go elsewhere.....right, 0.1% of the golfers will find this easy!! The pace of play was not good, however, I think they got caught off guard with such beauty weather! Was fun though!~!

Moving to Richmond, surprisingly there are less golf courses to play publically compared to central New York. Most of the courses I played around here are fine but lack character. This course did not lack anything. I knew I was in for a good time as soon as I walked in; one of the staff members outlined what I should be hitting on each hole to get the best second shot. Also gave me a description of how the greens were and where not to put the ball. It was a windy day, so I was overshooting greens, but it still made for a great time. The complementary chipping green and putting green were in great shape. The course is just a fantastic time, with great views, unique designs, and good conditions. I cant wait for my next time out there.

This course offers a nice blend of challenging and scoreable holes. There are some large fairways (presumable, easy to hit) and good sight lines. Then there are other holes with carries, blind shots, and lots of slope in the fairways...you really need to know where to land the ball. The greens are fast. This course is a tad spread out so not easy to walk. The fairways were starting to green up, so not in perfect condition but certainly playable. Always a nice choice when in Williamsburg...it's about 35 minutes West of Williamsburg towards Richmond.

Day after rain storm the course drained well. I have to give an extra atta boy to a really friendly staff.

Greens run true and fast. Fairwaysin great shape for winter. Bunkers need work

Do Not Play the Sr Tees. Enjoy a Tough but fair Course!!

Couldn’t ask for better conditions. Tee boxes fairways greens all in great shape. Great assortment of holes. Get to use all your clubs
