Save your time

Took 3.5 hours to play 12 holes. I was playing with 3 very poor players and we still had to wait for a group ahead of us on every tee. One of the group told me a staff member told him they put out 300 players this day. No Marshal in site. Pace of play non existent and obviously not a concern.

Good course to start the week.

Good starter course and it was in good shape for the amount of rain that fell 2 days earlier.

Only played 9

To be fair we have never played the course before and don’t know what it would be like in optimal conditions. Cart paths are pretty rough so I don’t think warmer weather will help.

Not what I expected

First trip to myrtl beach for me and my wife.We decided to try this course because it was close to our rented condo.Saw first hand how crowded courses are here in myrtl beach this time of year.Got there bout an hour before our tee time.Place was crazy busy.Had to wait till about 15min before tee time to get a cart.Staff was cordial. So we hit a small bucket and putted to kill the time till we could load up.We were paired up with a single( local familiar with the course) and a young guy/ mom who was passenger only.Great company during our round.Just wish the course was as nice.Greens were Slow!! Might have been fertilized or sanded or something..not sure what.Layout was ok..nothing to write home about.Sand traps ok too...for a 50.00 plus fee this course could use some TLC. I would not play here again but would look toward eagles nest as something way better for less money.Dont mind spending money for courses that show better conditioning.Have a few weeks in myrtl to make other comparisons.Being down from MI this was our first play since last fall up north..so it was just ok as a warm up round. One and done for us...looking forward to other courses in the area

This course does not look like the website pics

Course had very nice greens with new soft sand bunkers. The fairways, rough and tee boxes need a lot of attention !

All the staff was very friendly and polite.

Most expensive course.

This was the most expensive course we played in Myrtle Beach, and it was the worst track we played.

Nice course but you’re gonna do some waiting

My first time playing here/Myrtle Beach. It’s a decent course. Greens are faster than they look. In good shape. My only negative is that they pack you in back to back on tee times so you do a lot of waiting. 7 minute tee times isn’t ideal at this course

Long round

We arrived at least 30 min. before our tee time and didn’t tee off until 25 min. after our tee time. It seemed to be overbooked - there was a long line of players in front of us waiting to tee off, and the play was very slow - 5 hours.

Course management

Course Is well played and in great shape. My beef is course has t times booked every 8 minutes. Which left 3 groups on all holes. Front 9 took 3.5 hours to play It was like pulling teeth. If 2 groups in front did not drop out, no way we would have finished.

Lots of potential.

The greens were ok considering the time of year but condition of the rest of the course should be much better considering the price. Tee block placements were not balanced , not even close. Areas around the greens were particularly bad. Sorry guys, you need to really improve the course.
