About
The par 31 golf course is 1850 yards in length and has four par 4 holes that range between 250 yards and 375 yards. Located in North Salinas adjacent to the Creekbridge housing development the course replaces Sherwood Greens Golf Course, which was closed in 1998. The course of gentle rolling hills with USGA greens is surrounded by protected wetlands, Natividad Creek and Gabilan Creek with vistas of the Gabilan and Santa Lucia mountain ranges. The First Tee of Monterey County (formerly known as Twin Creeks Golf Course) is a complete facility offering 9-hole and 18-hole rounds of golf, a fully equipped practice and teaching facility complete with golf carts. The 5000 square foot Clubhouse contains a pro-shop and a snackbar that is available for meetings, parties and banquets. The First Tee of Monterey County is a fun facility that will challenge the experienced golfer while providing excellent learning opportunities for youth and the novice golfer.

cheap for the area
....but they need to keep up things like the ball-washers, add towels, etc. This little course could be so much better
Top level 9-holer!
Twin Creek, 1st Tee Monterey is the perfect 9 hole course, excellently maintained with an awesome grass tee driving range, plenty long enough with plenty of short range Iron targets and high quality range balls! The course is a combination of par 4's and 3's to a par of 31. You get great looks at dog legs, water carries, and elevation changes as well as challenging undulating fast well designed greens.
The practice area is great also!
Great place to Practice
Well maintained 9 hole course. Great for those 125-145 yard approach shots.
Built for instruction, this course is awesome. Took my granddaughter for one of her first rounds. Perfect little course. Wonderful day.
Overall fun time
Great course to practice your short game and iron shots. Also have a range but for the price you get so much more out of playing 9 holes than hitting at a range.

9 holes for less than $13? Can’t beat that. Course conditions are ok, but not terrible. I walk and it takes about an hour usually.

Fun course for all levels of play. Really good for those of you who are getting back into playing. Better than going out to the range and for the price a great value.

Course was in excellent shape and pace of play was good. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend.
Hidden Gem
With the 4 par 4’s and 5 par 3’s it’s just the right amount of challenge for a small course. If you can get a good deal on GolfNow, it’s definitely worth the round. I wouldn’t pay the $25. To play this course.. I think the prices need to be lowered to $20 weekend, $15 weekday.

Great 9 hole course. The fairways and greens were fantastic. I didn’t use the driving range or the pro shop but I will next time.
I understand the commitment to the community by First Tee is amazing.
