Maderas Golf Club

I have played Maderas a few times in the past, and have always loved the course. I played at 12:30 on Memorial Day weekend, and was surprised that the round took 4:55. I had played Saturday a couple days earlier at a course that is known for slow play, but the round that day took 4:10.

The course is in perfect shape as usual, and I look forward to coming back. I just hope the round takes 4 hours next time.

Maderas exceeded all expectations. Superb conditions . Treated like a member. The course elevated my game. Will be back for more.

It was exciting each time we pulled up to the next tee box. Each hole was beautiful and fun to play. One of my favorite courses I’ve played.

This course is a real challenge with spectacular views nestled in mountain terrain. Conditions were immaculate from tee to green. Highly recommended if you are looking for.a true test of your game.

This course is a must play if your in the San Diego area, course was in top shape, greens were true and fast just like I like them, fairways were plush, love this course and will be definately be playing it again!

This place is pathetic , charge extra 25$ for single player to have own cart , pay half the price at other courses don’t do that , won’t ever play here again

Excellent maintained course. Greens are really good, breaks are hidden, and putting was tough for me because I was playing with rental clubs. The rest of the bag was great with a Paradym driver and Callaway Rogue irons, but that putter sure wasn't mine...Anyway, good day, good course, playing on a weekday was a decent rate. Top notch facilities, lots of slope, a couple of really tough holes, a couple of easy ones, GPS in the cart was handy.

Fun layout and an under rated gem in wonderful condition.

Been playing Maderas for 15 years or so with family and it's still one of our top 2-3 favorites in San Diego County. The layout is exciting and challenging without beating you to death. The conditions are consistently good. Keep up the good work !.. we'll always be back. It's worth the *nice* drive !

One of the best courses I’ve ever played. Greens are extremely challenging. Course is immaculate. Staff is friendly, down to earth and hospitality driven. Free logo balls was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Had a simply amazing time playing this beautiful course

This course probably has the fastest greens in San Diego. Very challenging, but rolled true. Overall, course was in great shape and this track is quite challenging. Staff is friendly and practice facility is adequate. Only issue we had is the cart was seen at the beginning of the front, not to be seen again. The cold towels and lemonade at the cart return was a great way to finish the round. Will definitely be back again.

A true gem in the San Diego Area. Beautiful surroundings with a course in top notch condition. Very friendly and efficient staff. The course is challenging but fair. The fairways were in great condition and the greens were quick and consistent. Our group looks forward to playing here again as a bit of course knowledge is helpful. I strongly recommend to 'give it a go'!

Great conditions - tough greens. Really need to grind on the reads otherwise the slopes and run outs will eat you up! Excellent service start to finish.
