CrossCreek Golf Club

Returned to Cross Creek after several years. Played from the Black and course definely lived up to its name. Had several challenging tee shots that required decent carry over several creeks. Greens were fast and in great shape. Really fun test of golf.

This course is pretty good. Layouts are a little tricky, but fun. Fairways are in good condition and green rolls very fast. Loved it. The only downside is there is no internet connection throughout the entire course. My yardage app didn't work very well and had hard time getting out of the area without gps.

Only negatives were pace of play and lack/minimal beverage cart. Course conditions were way better then expected

Great course, especially for the value. Definitely challenging, but always a fun time. Snack bar was understaffed and very slow, with no ability to call ahead.

Played CrossCreek on a Sunday with a noon tee time. We didn't finis the front 9 until 3pm. With no more daylight savings time and seeing 2 groups of 4 waiting on the 10th tee box when we drove up, my playing partner and I decided we had enough and went home since there was no chance we'd finish before the sun went down, and, even if we did, the course wasn't good enough to justify a 6-hour round.

The course itself was fine. The greens were in very, very good shape. The rest of the course was a bit of a mess -- quite a few fairway bunkers with no sand, often marked as GUR, fairways that needed to be mowed, bare spots, and everything just had a bit of that "overgrown we don't quite have enough money to keep the whole course in good shape" feel.

The other plus was how friendly the staff was -- the guy in the pro shop was super friendly, as was the starter. Everyone we saw on the course was also very friendly, so they seem to attract good people to play. It's just unfortunate that they didn't space the tee times further apart and that we essentially payed for 18 while only ending up playing 9.

Staff are friendly, greens are immaculate! Challenging course, bring lots of golf balls if your drive is flawed. Fantastic scenery!

The course and the greens are in fantastic shape! The pace of play was like we were the only ones on the course. Great, great place to play!

Nice round today other then the pace. If you haven't played this course give it a go. Always in nice shape

Behind a tournament today, did not finish. Other than that, this challenging course is a great deal.

The greens had been punched September 27, and the healing is doing great.

Definitely a course to just relax, take in the hillside view,s, and play golf. If you bring your cell phone, leave it in your car (no service).
