Situated amidst the beauty of the Temecula Valley, CrossCreek Golf Club enjoys a peacefully secluded setting enclosed by groves of mature oak and sycamore trees. Arthur Hills designed the course, using the rolling hills to incorporate tricky blind shots to elevated greens. His design is a true test of target golf. There is plenty of variety throughout the golf course with some holes that are framed by towering treetops and other holes that are wide-open, subjecting them to the prevailing winds. You won't find too many greenside bunkers but there are many fairways bunkers. Be prepared to use every club in your bag on this golf course. One of CrossCreek Golf Club's most memorable holes is the par-3 17th, which is carved into a rocky hillside. The green is similar to that of the notorious 12th hole at Augusta National, featuring a bushy creek protecting the front.

Still a challenge, still fun.

Played this track a few times and it never disappoints. Always worth the 1+ hr drive. Slight winter conditions but in really great shape. Greens are nice albeit hard and fast (It is winter.) Only complaint is that pace of play was abnormally slow. I’ll still go back. Beautiful course.

Pretty tough course. Lots of hit to the right spot shots. Fantastic views and a peaceful place to play. Greens are very fast and none are flat. If your up for a challenge then play a round here.

Fast greens early in the AM

These greens are TOUGH! Balls were not holding the greens today. It had rained Monday and this was Thursday (6::50 tee time). Pushed us out about 20 minutes frost delay. Greens are in great condition, but the ball does not stop and today pins were in some tough spots. Fairways are winter patchy colors and some spots were a little tore up, bunkers were raked which is always nice!

Don’t let the photos fool you!

Let me start off by saying some of the best and hardest greens that I have ever played on. The rest of the course is not in the best condition and lots of dry dead spots unlike the beautiful pictures on their website. Definitely need to play this course a second time to know landing spots. Overall very challenging and incredible greens. Thanks for the great challenge.
