About
ChampionsGate Golf Resort, an un-matched golf facility for world-class golf, offers 36 holes designed by International golf champion Greg Norman and is the World Headquarters of David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Champions has two excellent and very different golf courses on a single site.
Greg Norman blended tradition and modern elements to create a unique golf experience.
The International course, which is the highest rated course in Florida, has the look and feel of a links-style layout in the British Isles. The International offers a golf experience unlike any other in the Orlando area, but one that will be familiar to those who have played the links courses of Scotland and Ireland. The International was designed, constructed and seeded to offer a hard, fast playing surface similar to those found on true links courses. The International, with 18 of the most dramatic and challenging holes in Florida, is destined to rank among the top resort courses in the country.

International Course at ChampionsGate
Actually played here on back to back days and found the course in good condition. Pretty sure I’m the only person that chose to walk, but found it reasonably walkable without slowing down the rest of the group. Greens were great and fairly quick especially day 2 after being rolled. Design is interesting, with a variety of shorter and longer holes, and I hit most clubs in my bag. Tough layout but manageable for a straight hitter.

Great golf course. Generous off the tee. Greens rolled true, medium speed. I'm on a golf vacation from Michigan and this has been by far the nicest course I've played in the 9 rounds I've gotten in. I highly recommend it.

Great Course, with Fantastic staff!!
The friendliest golf course I've ever played. From the moment you reach the clubhouse, all staff make you feel like they're legitimately happy to see you. I played the International Course, and loved it!! Lost a few balls, but loved the risk reward options on some of the, dog leg holes!! Amazing time!! I wish I could afford to play this course all the time, but it's just a little expensive for me. I'm glad I played it though, and hope to get one more round in here, before I head back home!!

Terrific course
First off, WOW. The course was in perfect condition and the pace of play was great. From the greeters, to the cart girl, everyone had a great smile and was overwhelmingly polite. The layout is very challenging especially for the 17 handicap I am, but that won’t stop me from coming back. Highly recommended!

Played the International course today and it was in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and pace of play was 3 1/2 hours. Highly recommend Chanpions Gate!

Great December Golf!
The course was great as usual! I played there around the same time of the year in 2020. Great lay-out, beautiful holes & challenging course. The weather was 85 degrees with some wind. We had a threesome that day & finished under 4 hours. After using some of my awards, we each paid about $50.00. This course is my winter golf course.

Great Conditions, Good Pace
Course conditions are fantastic tee to green. Might be the best in the area. Had some pace problems in the first few holes with a group jumping around but they let us go through and then we were cruising.

Great course in great conditions
Walked the course before with junior events but never played, this is first time I play it, the course is in excellent conditions from tee boxes to greens, green speed is perfect for most players. The course is challenging enough to require consistent shots to be at any low scores. Good players do have the chances to shape shots for best results and fun. It was a very busy day even parking ran out, staffs are very friendly and helpful, beers were buy 5 get 1 free!! I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Champions Gate
Played international, course in great condition. Tee boxes to greens in primo shape. Greens fairly fast rolling true. Fairways wide, some greens require good shot making. Only downside is layout doesn’t demand much in shot making. Zach said we will definitely come back. Staff in club house and restaurant were outstanding.
