About
ChampionsGate Golf Resort, an un-matched golf facility for world-class golf, offers 36 holes designed by International golf champion Greg Norman and is the World Headquarters of David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Champions has two excellent and very different golf courses on a single site.
Greg Norman blended tradition and modern elements to create a unique golf experience.
The International course, which is the highest rated course in Florida, has the look and feel of a links-style layout in the British Isles. The International offers a golf experience unlike any other in the Orlando area, but one that will be familiar to those who have played the links courses of Scotland and Ireland. The International was designed, constructed and seeded to offer a hard, fast playing surface similar to those found on true links courses. The International, with 18 of the most dramatic and challenging holes in Florida, is destined to rank among the top resort courses in the country.

Worth Playing
Got a nice price on TeeOff on a last minute booking while on a family vacation at Universal Studios.
This is a very nice facility, clubhouse, restaurant and range. Friendly staff. Course was a bit wet and the greens could have been quicker. The track wasn't overly dynamic, but a good course and the price we got was a steal. I would reccomend.

worth the trip
first time playing either course, we played the international. bag attendant was friendly and attentative as well was the check in employees. they gave good guidance on the course. the starter was friendly and we were were off. the course's challenge i think was the narrowness of fairways and the numerous bunkers. water also came into play. the only negative was the signage from clubhouse to driving range could have bene better as well as guidance from some greens to the next tee box. The fairways and greens had grown in from the overseeding and the greens rolled true and fast. We also ate in the restaurant and while not a large menu choice, it was good enough and the server was friendly. we would definitely play the course(s) again and hope to find some of the golf balls i left on the course..

Great experience. The course was in great shape, greens rolled true and moderately fast. Overseeding that was completed in late November now has fairways looking very nice. Staff was professional and courteous. Can't wait to come back.

Great green
Course is in excellent shape!! Not much danger off tee it’s an approach shot course. Lots off run off areas tight lies around greens and fast greens! Rolling well!!

Great course
This is a tough course so if you are not a solid golfer….bring lots of balls. Well maintained and worth the money for the amenities.

What a layout!
We stayed at the resort so it was great for us. The girls came out on Monday for 9 holes and we played the front. I played the tips and was impressed with the length. The next day I played the full 18 and was completely impressed! The back is even better then the front!
This is a must play with some forced carry’s, water and undulated greens.
What a great course and great staff.
Can’t wait to go back!!!
Slow
The course and staff were excellent. Only played 12 holes. There was a junior golf tournament the following day. Once I caught theJuniors practicing on the back tee boxes were stacked 3 groups deep.
