ChampionsGate Golf Club - International

A great round on a very windy day made for some very challenging holes but the overall experience was phenomenal. The greens were immaculate and rolled as true as they can. Tee boxes, fairways and even the rough were well manicured as well. I will be back again!!!

First time playing here, very challenging and fun to play course.

Pace could’ve been better, we still managed to finish 18 before 615, I think we are about 20 min behind pace.

Will come back again.

The course was in immaculate condition. Greens were rolling nice. Extremely difficult course more for lower handicap players. Driving range is included with green fee.

Wanted to check it out so the starter moved me over at the same time as my Intl time. Had played Intl 3 times the past 6 months. Won’t play National again though. Nice course, decent shape...way too many short holes. First class facility though, will be back to The International again ASAP.

Due to heavy rains the fairways are longer than normal. Once they are cut it’s definitely a five star condition. Greens are pure and roll true and nice!

Today had a foursome with couple of professional (!) players taking more than three hours to complete the front nine. They didn’t let anyone through before the marshall showed up on the back nine. Other than those guys the pace was really good. Shame how one single group can cause so much harm.

I have played here multiple times and this was the first time I wish I would of waited to play a few days. They had over seeded the fairways and they were so thick, I spent time looking for my ball in the fairway. Greens were great but from tee to green, conditions were tough. Add that to the heavy watering and it made for a long day

Great layout. Challenging holes. Great on and off course facilities. Easily reached off of I—4 from anywhere in Orlando area.

Overall, great course and playing experience. Much better layout than the National.

Have played this course many times conditions were great greens were Lomé a carpet. A must play.

I’ve played both courses almost every week and never had a bad experience. Both courses are always in excellent condition and the practice facility is one of the very best in Florida. But the most important of all are the staff. Every single staff is cordial and accommodating. There are many courses in central Florida to choose from but my very best experience for a public course is ChampionsGate. I highly recommend this organization. They know how to operate a golf establishment. Others should learn from them both in golf course management and customer service. I rate them at the perfect score. Randy

Dull.and aesthetically underwhelming. While greens were fast there was sand all over. Fair2qys beat up with divots. For a links course, felt it was pretty dull and flat. I'm from Chicago metro and the links style course there at Harborside, Prarie Landing, and Highlands of Elgin blow it away. Played Shingle Creek day before and it was nicer quality resort course for cheaper. I'd pass.

A fun course that have the greens as its defense. Many birdie holes but an enjoyable time

Perfect weather. Course was in great shape except the traps which was in part due to the rain the previous evening. Greens were very fast and mostly true. Ranger moved along the group in front of us. Lunch afterwards was very good and the prices were fair. We'll be back!

A must play in Orlando

My son was home on military leave the weekend we played. From the minute we drove up and dropped our clubs off to the time we left the experience was perfect. The staff was amazing friendly and responsive from the pro shop to the restaurant. Pro shop had quite a selection of clothing for sale at great prices. The driving range was in very good condition with ample space. The starter was not only friendly but provided us with helpful tips for playing the course. The course design has a lot of "character" as each hole was unique in it layout. Ample doglegs and challenging par 3's were fun to play. Keeping ball in the fairways is important as the rough is tough yet fair. We had no waits as marshals insure a good pace of play.

What I appreciated most is how the staff reacted and thanked my son for his service. We will definitely come back
