Eagle Creek Golf Club

Had a great time here. Conditions were good from tee to green.

Course was in good shape. It's a resort where some fairways are lined with houses. None come into play as along as you don't have a huge slice. Played from the yellow tees (6300) which seemed to be very fair. Also played another course close by around the same price range - "Dunes" - and this was by far the better course.

Its a beautiful course that is in great shape. Pace of play here is just absolutely awful on the weekends. It is an absolute shame because the course is great.

Dear Rangers: YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN MOVE PEOPLE UP A HOLE IF THEY ARE ON A 5 HOUR PACE.

Happens all the time at Orange County National and it works great. First time warning, second time they get moved up a hole. If they don't move up ask them to leave.

It is such a shame for this beautiful course. Would play here regularly if they managed the course better. When a course gets stacked up you must have good rangers to move it along.

This course is tough to rate, while I do recommend getting out and playing it, as a Florida resident it cost me $150 for 18 holes, a ball marker, logo ball, and a large bucket of range balls. Although the course is in good condition and fun to play, it absolutely is not a $120(Florida Resident) per round course by any means. There are a number of other courses in similar condition and layout that are much more affordable. This is why I’m torn on this course, I believe I would recommend this course during Summer when the rates drop but not at the premium prices.

Pace of play was over 5hrs, the Ranger showed up on hole 16 to tell us he handled the slow people which is a little late considering we waited on ever tee box all day not including #1. Grill/Snack area was out of food at noon before the round and at the turn it was out of food again, had to order hard cold fries. I don’t rate courses on food, since I don’t typically eat, and I don’t change the rating based on pace of play in these written reviews.

I've played Eagle Creek a half dozen times and have always had a great experience. This time the weather was perfect and the course was in great condition.

Wide open fairways and true rolling greens. You are on your own hole for 18 holes! Definitely a plus.

Everything from checking in to the course to the proshop and snack bar was great. Great layout! Fairways and traps were in good condition as as well as the greens but you could tell that they were not in peek condition yet but overall we enjoyed everything that Eagle Creek had to offer!

Booked through Golfnow and arriving at the proshop our booking was not in the system under our name. Let me wait for about 45 minutes helping others and finally we got squeezed in. started 20 mins later than booked time in an overcrowded course resulting in waiting every shot and being with 2 or 3 groups on every tee box. Could not finish the round due to slow play and getting dark. Very disappointing experience.

Really enjoyed this course! Best one we played this week! The only issue was a locked clubhouse when we finished - they might want to stay open until all golfers have completed their rounds.
