Eagle Creek Golf Club

After being delayed, while driving through hundreds of miles of thunder storms passing through the entire southeast, I missed my prepaid tee time at Eagle Creek. After being set back, after traveling 1,200 miles to Orlando, in weather conditions, of which I had absolutely no control over, I missed my scheduled prepaid tee time. When I arrived at the course, I clearly explained my dilemma to the manager in the pro shop. I was hoping that he would understand, and be able to replace my missed prepaid tee time with another tee time, as the available tee times at the course were wide open for the entire afternoon. At least 40 tee times were available. He explained that there was nothing that he could do, because I had already paid. In my unique situation, I felt there Was something that Eagle Creek could have done, but They chose Not to. I would have understood, If this was a normal situation, But it was Not!

At this point, as much as I really enjoy golfing, I no longer felt comfortable even being at Eagle Creek, and immediately had my clubs loaded back into my car and left.

With a little better understanding, and a small tee time adjustment, Eagle Creek had a chance to gain a happy satisfied customer, but that did Not happen.

However, With all the other great golf courses in the Orlando area, of which I have enjoyed playing many, I will Not be returning to Eagle Creek.

Picked up a good rate on GolfNow ($37) for a 4:00 PM Tee Time. Easily got in nine and snuck in another seven playing some speed golf. Course is in great condition and I really enjoy playing it.

There could be better signage (I.e. for the first and 10th hole. Also, carts should have GPS’s and USB outlets.

This course is overpriced. There's nothing special no hole that would make you stop to take a picture. Fairways are decent greens are ok medium speed. I played from the yellow around 6400 yards and find the course easy. I think the reason to have pot bunkers around the greens is just to make the course a bit more challenging. The staff in the restaurant are not friendly. There are only 4 guys in the restaurant when I came and I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came to serve. Two more guys came and the waitor rushed to there table next to me and serve them and then walked away totally ignoring me. I came to the bar tender and asked why the waitor ignored me and she said everyone was busy! When I asked the waitor he said a lit of people came to just use wifi and hang out and he assumed I might be one! Maybe because I am Asian!!!! This waitor's name is Cameron.

I enjoyed my round at Eagle Creek. The course layout was great, and those wide fairways made it a lot easier to land your ball in same. The greens were ok but a little slower than I prefer. The staff were all professional in the approach and very friendly. However, there was a heavy smell (pesticide, paint on fairway, fertilizer; not sure) present and it stuck with me like a bad taste most of the round. Save for the heavy smell I would recommend Eagle Creek.

Pace of play is terrible. 7 minutes is not enough for 4 amateur golfers to play a shot and move forward. 2.5 hours for 9 holes and backed up on every tee. Course is in really good shape with a challenging layout, but the pace of play at these peak rates will keep me from coming back. Super strict about pairing up carts and even saw them turn away a player because his wife wanted to ride along with him. At these rates and 7 minutes per group, buy a few more carts!!! Walking out I heard several people complain about the pace of play so until this gets better I would go elsewhere. It’s sad they care more about money than the patrons experience.

Played it for the first time and really enjoyed it. Course was in great shape. Only drawback was snack bar didn’t offer much and server was kind of rude.

I truly enjoyed my round here, the course was in perfect condition! Staff were accommodating and I thought it was neat that they have a practice green for short game that includes a sand trap for bunker practice! The only mark I could put on them was for pace. Over 4.5 hrs to play and the course and some holes there would be as many as 3 groups waiting on the tee box. Never seen a martial on the course but perhaps if there was one out there speeding things up this would be a 5 star experience!

Played in January and again yesterday. The Best overall course we played among the twelve courses we played. The only course we played twice. I love the footprint, it fits my eye. Open fairways, yet challenging holes.

Played the course in March of 2021. Found the course this year to be very playable again. Greens we’re in great condition. Fairways were staring to grow. So lies we’re tight but not barren. Most tees were also in good condition. Driving range needs attention.

As always great condition. Very busy but pre was good only had to wait on one par 3. Was disappointed the refreshment cart was not on as it was hot and they had a full schedule for they day. But the course was on point greens the usual fast and true.

I played different golf course in the area day before and the experience was much better than here. Whole course stinks by some very strong fertilizer, there was no food or normal beer - acctually nothing due to the wedding reception, staff behaved like they are doing us a favor letting us play there. Won't come again.

Title says it all, it was a great track and the greens were rolling at an 11 speed. Overall though, it just wasn't worth the greens fee.

I’d highly recommend this course! I enjoyed playing and the amenities were nice. Pleasant staff too.
