About
Eagle Creek is a British style course, from the bunkers to the chipping areas. It is a new 18-hole 7,198 yard-Par73 championship Orlando golf course and is located minutes from Orlando International Airport, near Lake Nona. Ron Garl and Howard Swan collaborated to design a course that has an old world charm with modern amenities. Eagle Creek is the first course in Florida to use the technologically advanced Mini-Verde grass, resulting in exceptionally fast and vibrant greens. Eagle Creek is a designated Audubon Silver Signature Course with lush landscaping and challenging play that features over 90 white sand bunkers reminiscent of those found in Scotland and England, with extensive bulkheads embracing water hazards and over 1,500 trees lining its breathtaking fairways.

Nice course in great condition. If you don't hit the fairways you will be severely punished as the rough if extremely fluffy and thick causing the ball to sink in even if it just slightly rolls in to it. One negative is that there hasn't been a cart person either time I went out and tbh, that's unacceptable for a course of this caliber. But other than that, you'll be hard pressed to find a negative about this place.
Great Value
Course was in great condition and for less than $70, it was a great value.
5+ hour round. Cart Path Only
It had rained quite a bit the days before. Course was wet and cart path only. Play was slow because of CPO. Verify before you play.
Other than that, one of my favorite courses. Greens were still healing from being punched but were not too bad. Rest of course excellent minus the water. Ranger bit of a jerk.
Great shape but wet!
Very well manicured course. Unfortunately it was cart path only because it was extremely wet. The fairways were very wide and the roughs also very wide and hilly so it was a lot of walking in the heat. Would love to play again in dry season.
Nice course
Played it for the first time, course is in nice shape. Staff was very nice and the pace of play was decent.
Nice Course..
Played during the week. Morning tee times were pretty full. Played behind a foursome that was super slow. We saw the ranger on 7 asked if it was crowded in front and said it was packed so we stayed put. We ended up playing the front nine as 3some in over 2.5 hours, ridiculous. We skipped the foursome on 11 and played the last 7 holes in about an hour and 20 minutes and didn’t run into anyone until 18. Crazy they were not held to any pace. Also, heat index 120 and no bev cart?
As far as the course, greens were bumpy from recent punching a few weeks back, fairways were in great shape. Nice layout!
Do not play this course if you’re a single
They do not pair singles with other groups so it makes the experience miserable, especially if it’s a busy day.
Greens Still Bumpy
They said the greens had been aerated 10 days ago and they were still bumpy. It was most noticeable on shorter putts whe you couldn’t put a lot of speed on them.
Great layout and fun course
Played this on a baking hot day as a single. Course was recommended by locals I had played with recently. It has an awesome layout and is fair but challenging. The greens were recently aerated so the putting was a bit dodgy so I can’t really assess them but I will be back to play this course again. Staff were really friendly and the clubhouse looks amazing on the outside. Will have to rate it again once the greens are running true.
