Eagle Creek Golf Club

Normally, we really like this course. But, There was no notice of aeration on Golf Now when we booked a couple days ago. We show up and they punched and sanded the greens yesterday. And only 9 holes were open; which also was not told to us prior to the round.

Greens were much more like bunkers than greens, as the sand was spread less than 24 hours earlier.

Shame on Eagle Creek for not notifying Golf Now. As I write this, you can still book Eagle Creek and there is no notice that the greens are virtually unplayable sand pits.

I’ll save yall the disappointment, the back 9 is closed had to play the front 9 twice. Wish they would’ve gave a heads up on the app instead they let you know when you check in.

8 am tee. No carts in the parking lot so that isn't preferred. Carrying all my crap from car wears an old man out. Greens didn't look like perfection, but they rolled great....really fast. Course punching the next day but weird, you could still see the punches from the previous punching, however, they were only visual. Did not affect the roll at all. Not sure why punching again, but hey, I'm just a novice golfer. Fairways were a 9/10. Almost always in nice grass. I really enjoyed this course. Ranger came around and we voiced our concern about the group in front of us. We waited on them every hole. Ranger said it was tight in front of us so go figure. Did have a chic with them playing from different tees so add that in I guess.

Course in great condition, greens probably a week away from being perfect but rolled pretty true! Very friendly staff, lush fairways

We got stuck behind 2 groups of young kids walking the course... 1st group let us play through, the 2nd one didn't... took hour and a half to play last 4 holes... there was no ranger, and no phone number on score card to call the pro shop... finally got a number to call from internet, but it was a random person to book a tee time.

It sees to be impossible to play in under 5 hours if you tee off after 8:30. Management does nothing to enforce pace of play.

The only issues we had was the restaurant was closed because they had a tournament earlier in the day. Very strange to not have any food for people on a Saturday afternoon. Also the greens had been arified a while back and still had the hole marks. The ball still rolled okay but every now and then you would hit a bump. Other than that it's a beautiful course and an amazing layout.

This course is par with the resort course in central florida, highly recommend to anyone.

In my opinion Eagle Creek is a championship level golf course. I’ve played it a few times and every time I’ve played it’s been in very good condition. Today was the best I’ve seen it. It’s a great value at summer rates. Staff is attentive and friendly. Layout is challenging but very fair.

Excellent mixture of long and short holes,, open and tight fairways. Getting to play a golf course like Eagle Creek is what makes the game fun for me. Tee it up here you won’t regret it.

Course is in great shape, greens pretty much back to normal after being aerated

I’ve played here the last 3 Mondays and each week the Greg’ greens are rolling better and better. Considering it’s summer and raining everyday, course was fairly dry. Always love playing here.
