About
A solid course design and immaculate course conditions make Wekiva a favored golf destination. Crafted out of a wooded setting, it features many doglegs bordered by large stands of trees and no parallel fairways. Most holes are well bunkered with water coming into play on three holes.
A semi-private club that welcomes outside play, this 18-hole, 6,801 yard par 72 course has mature oaks, pines and palms; equitable undulating fairways; strategic bunkers and gentle mounding that highlights both the fairway and greens.
Wekiva, only 4 miles from I-4's exit 48, is a golf club in the truest sense.

Golfer Reviews
Rough shape
Not much grass on this course. If you can’t find a tee time anywhere else go ahead and play here.
Greens are great
Great course if you are looking for a challenge the greens are true are break a lot ! Overall the course needs some TLC but overall awesome place
Wekiva is Older Course in Central Fla
1st time playing this course, which is odd for me to say; I'"ve played most every course in Orlando. I wasn't hitting ball very well, but a couple of 410yrd+ par4's turned par into 74 for this old guy. The course is OK, not immaculate, but then again rates are reasonable for this time of year (peak season here in Orlando). The greens are OK (only a couple had bad issues), fairways are tight, sand is good in the bunkers, sidelines are scrappy wetlands, all presents challenges, but the golfer has to hit the ball squarely & GiRs to score. The course weaves thru the neighborhood, and what a variety that housing is. Par3's are good holes, #17 in particular ....over water to a big tilted green, guarded by bunkers (the front one is different because it actually has a bunker-within-bunker .....a pot bunker walled up withing the confines of encompassing sand ....I should have taken a pic, never seen that before). Thanx to GN for the Hot Deals Special, and I will be back to redeem my score, avoid a couple DbleBogies and make more pars.
OUCH
Well sorry but this will be my first negative review of my trip. Besides Todd in the pro shop not much else was memorable about this golf course. The greens were ok but again what's with all the ball marks unrepaired. Is it an American thing. Sorry but us Canadians always have repairers in our pockets when playing. Again today played with 2 gentleman that obviously don't own one. Just as the 2 other times we played last week. There was absolutely no grass in the fairways. Had to find spots of grass to put it on to hit. Anyway I guess 40$ is what I paid for but even $40 was overpriced. Sorry I will not go back.
Holiday
Frost delay, but holiday crowd caused them to run out of carts. Had an hour delay for carts.
Had a 12:50 tee time, but started an hour late waiting for a cart. We had to quit after 15 holes, darkness (6:00). Slow play with no marshalls.
No carts
I had a : tee time. They didn't have any carts available. We ended up teeing off 50 min late. We only got through holes due too darkness at 6 pm.
Good Course
Good course, generally in good shape. Greens were nice. Some interesting holes, but nothing spectacular. Great value for the money. Worth a play.
Been a while .. still good
This course always reminds me of Patty shack. A nice city course in the middle of traffic, but still good conditions, good enough to play and keep a good score. Most of the courses laid out pretty well so you know just what you're going to hit and where you're going to hit it, that's always a plus when you haven't played here in a while.
A chaotic and over packed goat track.
This place used to be my go-to but lately it's just gone so far downhill. Spend the extra money and go somewhere better.
Good for money
I like the layout just wish it was in better condition. However, the price is commensurate with the condition so it's a reasonable value.
