A solid course design and immaculate course conditions make Wekiva a favored golf destination. Crafted out of a wooded setting, it features many doglegs bordered by large stands of trees and no parallel fairways. Most holes are well bunkered with water coming into play on three holes.

Disappointing
Been coming down from Chicago to visit family and play Wekiva for more than 30 yrs. This is the worst condition I’ve ever seen the course. Bare spots in the fairways, greens that look diseased. Too bad. Used to look forward to playing. $56 through GolfNow. Not worth it.

WGC is a beautiful and challenging course. Green side bunkers on almost every hole and undulating fast greens. Had a great morning would definitely go back.

Don't Waste Your Money
I live in this area and I had always driven by this course thinking that it was pretty nice. I finally decided to go give it a chance and I will not be returning.

Great course with friendly Staff

First time here
My 14-year old son is just learning to play, and I had the opportunity to take him here. For a course that is very close, and for a young player, this was pretty good. The pace of play (with the threat of weather) was amazing, and the course isn't very difficult. The fairways, although in horrible shape, are very forgiving. The same fairways in the midwest would feel like hitting off of concrete.
Compared to the fairways, the tees and greens were pretty good. Bunkers were hit or miss...a few were nearly black, and most were fine.
The staff were friendly, and we didn't get to check out the clubhouse.
My only real concern was signage. I still have no idea where holes 17 and 18 are, even after circling back from 16 twice. There are a handful of holes where it is VERY unclear where to go next, requiring you to guess unless you've played the course before.

Worst experience I’ve ever had golfing
Super upset. Course is down bad tremendous, nearly rolled my ankle off the tee box stepping in a hole. Fairways and greens full of dirt and weeds, can’t putt. Staff is awful. I don’t even know where to start. Got told to pick up the pace with a twosome teeing off a entire whole behind us. Some lady said we hit her house and asked for 50$ to get our ball out her yard.. lol ball wasn’t even close to her house.. kids riding around on bikes and scooters across the fairway, playing in sand, people walking dogs all over. They locked a gate where we couldn’t get off the course. Too lazy to clear the vines and weeds covering signs. Cart path broken everywhere..

Poor course
Not very friendly staff, course was in terrible condition.

Go somewhere else
Course is in rough shape, I’ve seen it in much better condition. However the worst part of anyone’s experience here will be the price. This is a $15 for 18 hole course at best and they gouge it for $45-60. Save your money and take an extra bit of a drive and play anywhere else for that price. So many better courses in the central Florida area for $30-40 cheaper. Don’t waste your time here.

This place should be closed down and given back to the cows. They would have a feast eating all the weeds in this place.
