Wekiva Golf Club
About
A solid course design and immaculate course conditions make Wekiva a favored golf destination. Crafted out of a wooded setting, it features many doglegs bordered by large stands of trees and no parallel fairways. Most holes are well bunkered with water coming into play on three holes.
A semi-private club that welcomes outside play, this 18-hole, 6,849 yard par 72 course has mature oaks, pines and palms; equitable undulating fairways; strategic bunkers and gentle mounding that highlights both the fairway and greens.
Wekiva, only 4 miles from I-4's exit 48, is a golf club in the truest sense.

Beautiful Course
Had a blast playing early today. 7:20am tee off with no one in front of me. Played a sub 3 hour round with a stop at the pro shop and didn't feel like I rushed it at all. Definitely recommend. Hole 9 and 17 greens are slowly coming back to life. Would recommend for sure, it's a great time for the money.
its a good, layout and the conditions are improving
Improving, except
Getting better after finishing new irrigation system but is still suffering from golfers not repairing ball marks on greens. Several greens look like 1945 Germany bomb craters.
Nice Old School Florida Course
First time playing here. Nice elevation changes, challenging holes, greens and fairways were in great shape. Looked like had they just completed some sod installation which was growing in. Greens rolled fast and true. I’ll play here again.
Improving nicely and should be a hidden gem for a public course within a year!!
Greens are in really poor shape in fact most of the course is hurting for good grass
just average
everything was average. nothing good and nothing terribly bad. Wouldn’t pay more than 40-45$ to play here
Has potential
I hear this is a recently sold course and is now city operated. They need to have staff monitoring the 1st tee box to set pace of play. Grass is in awful condition but they just installed a brand new system so I’m expecting it to get better
Back 9 Under construction
They are working hard to install a new irrigation system for the course. The front nine has been completed and are presently working on the back nine. I look forward to its completion.
Warning
Booked through golf now. I may have missed the warning that only 9 holes were open due to sprinkler upgrades. That 9 also had residual issues from repairs. Good news not crowded.
Wow, nice and enjoyed my round!
I like to catch a quick 9 when I get home and Wekiva allowed me to get a later tee time. When me and the wife showed up I always love the courses that allow a single player and rider with zero hassle as it is great spouse time to get away and relax. I know not an ideal date night but to us it is. Thanks for allowing those moments. As far as the golf the course is laid out good in my opinion challenging enough to be fun but easy enough beginners can enjoy too. The course could use some maintenance but it’s not terrible and shows signs of some love so keep it up. The Proshop is small and intimate but could use some more stuff I would like to push for the quarter sized ball markers as no matter where I play I try to get one and add to my collection and display. Please please get some. Other than that thank you for the service and hospitality and thank you for a great round we will be back!
Worth it, for me!
I am just getting back into playing after years away from the sport, so 9 holes was perfect.
Front 9 was closed for some maintenance/repairs so we started on 10 and played the back 9.
Gentleman in the pro shop was very kind and informative when I asked questions since I had not played here before. The tee boxes were in good shape, the fairways were okay but maybe a touch dry, and the greens were in fairly good shape. Bunker conditions were hit or miss but it did not affect my mood while playing.
For the price I would recommend the course to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing 9 (or 18).
