Located just off the beautiful Gold Coast, the Diplomat Golf and Tennis Club sprawls across a lush terrain covered with thousands of coconut and Royal palms. Towering banyans provide shade throughout the golf course as well. Although it is a public course, it has the look and feel of a private club. It has been a staple of the south Florida community since opening in 1957. The layout features interesting hole designs that incorporate raised greens framed by contoured mounding and more than 75 strategically placed sand bunkers. The water features are hard to miss seeing as they come into play on all but two holes. The golf course is a challenge but not too intimidating for less experienced players. The beautiful scenery alone will be well worth the round.

Great course
Great experience but quite difficult because of a strong wind! Course was in very good conditions and so was the practice range.
Thisis a beautifull course, with lot of water!
Unfortunaly, when I played it was extremely windy.

Great course
Played as a hot deal. Perfect conditions. There is a valet parking but only 7$. A lot of golfers that do not know how to play golf, result of the hotel and tournament related with conferences.

We were pleasantly surprised by this golf course. Just a fantastic layout, and really fun to play. The course was in great shape. Definitely on the must play list for the area.

Good Value and nice layout
Played this course in the middle of the summer, the greens were a little chewed-up and the fairways were bare in spots. The layout is nice and some interesting holes.
Good course, but proshop staff could be a little friendlier.
Played it early in the morning (7:30) and had the course to myself. The course itself was well maintained, but not that long. Fairways, bunkers and greens were all in pristine condition.
The only issue I had was with the proshop staff who I apparently inconvenienced by showing up. They acted as if they could care less if I golfed there or not. In addition, after I checked in they talked at length amongst themselves (but loud enough for me to hear) about how GolfNow guests were a pain because they often showed up on the wrong day if they didn't pay close attention to the day they were booking. They still expected to play when they arrived at the course despite being a day early or late for the time they actually booked. (This wasn't that case with me, by the way.) I'm writing this note in the hope their management team will read this note and correct this rude behavior.
By the way, kudos to the cart staff who were very helpful and attentive.
A Shots Maker Golf Course
Not long but very tricky golf course, if you're long you will have to hit some irons and woods from the tee, it's in very nice shape and the staff there is very friendly. Overall a great experience.
