Course was car path only, no practice range, poncture greens....

Course is in great shape, greens were excellent but the traps were lacking sand to make any good attempt to get out, had to bump and run out of one trap. Kind if expensive unless you get on Golfnow.com for a deal.

Course, Staff, and Facilities are all 5 Star. This was my first time playing this course and had a wonderful round. I was paired with one of the course members and two really nice guys who came down from Boca also playing for the first time. Course was in pristine condition, challenging, and greens were fast and firm. Highly recommend!!

Played after a convention in Miami. The weather was great and the course is is good condition. We were warned about mosquito's by people in Miami so we bought spray; ended up just being a bunch of gnat type pest (no bites). We also saw a couple of large Iquanas on one hole. Friendly staff, no problems with reservations or club rentals (New Callaway Clubs/balls). Recommend.

I didnt Heras about this course before. I liked and i enjoy my round. The green are in good shape, and velocity.

I played 10 different courses at Miami, and this is the one I like the most. The Diplomat has every thing I like: landscape, challenging difficulties, manteinance, friendly people..

Field was in a good shape and very interesting to play.

Diplomat is always in great shape. The staff are always friendly and seem to go a little extra for your enjoyment.

I paid $95 on GolfNow and was very disappointed with the condition of the course. The tee boxes were very weedy and many of them had just bare sand in spots. The fairways also had weeds and not what I was expecting on a course of this stature in this price range. The greens were in good shape but the speed varied greatly from green to green so it made putting interesting. The $6 beers did not help either.

On the plus side this course is very challenging and would be a great track to play if the maintenance brought it up to what they are charging.

Front 9 challenging holes with water hazards in each one of them. Back nine with lot of movement and perfect rolling greens.

The Diplomat course is a great course in good condition. Seem to get a lot of play which is hard on the course. Greens rolled well without a lot of break. Worth the 100 bucks we paid to play.

I played this course multiples times ( 10 ) this winter, I lived in a condo on the first green, could never have the same score,always challenging and a pleasure to play it everytime

Tee boxes were extremely poor and obviously not maintained. Fairway turf was average to poor with inconsistent grass and many noxious weeds. The greens had not been rolled consistently, fast, then slow then extremely fast then slow etal.

This course needs to be reviewed by TROON management. It will impact play at other TROON facilities.

Pleasant but lots of boring holes, excellent shape, very nice staff and reasonable pace of play

Good challenge, course condition excellent. Topo bad hot deals do not come more often.

Beautiful course with lots of water. No Green was flat and tees were in difficult places. Excellent carts with electronic scoring and GPS. At least one iguana and exotic water fowl.

I enjoyed the beauty and the challenging greens of this course. The pace of play was fine and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Would like to be back again! The sandwich was delicious and ice water server settings were just perfect!

I've played this course since renovation and love it, getting older I also love getting a 9 hole rate. The course is in super condition and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The only negative is the $15.00 parking fee. Get rid of the valet, we can park ourselves like every other course. This is really only a golf course since the hotel and spa were closed and the restaurant went with a limited menu and short hours.
Please leave the course open.
