About
Nestled in the foothills of Riverside County, Indian Hills Golf Club incorporates a range of different elevation changes. The elevated tees provide great views of the surrounding hills while the tricky raised greens make up the bulk of the course's difficulty. Conveniently, the spacious layout doesn't have any parallel fairways. The undulating terrain guarantees that you'll come across a few uneven lies and there are also a few tough blind shots in store. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as do strategically placed bunkers but the focus remains on the dramatic drops and rises of the terrain. There is an especially daunting drop on the 16th hole. The challenging layout and scenic views have built Indian Hills' reputation as one of southern California's best public golf courses.

Needs immediate attention
I was playing at this course about three times a week since June. Love the layout and scenery of this course. The recently pace of play is what stopped me from continuing to play here. Sundays tee time was 12:00pm and couldn’t finish all 18 holes due to entire course being backed up. No Marshall or anyone trying to get people moving. Every hole was about a 15 to 20 min wait time. A bunch of un happy golfers talking about never coming back.

Course is in great shape! Management is doing it right. Complements to the course maintenence crew. They all need a raise.
Marshals needed
5 somes allowed that have zero golf etiquette. This happens a lot during the week, cannot imagine the weekend. Very disappointing
NO FLEXIBILITY
I had booked us for a foursome, but two players were called in to work, so only 2 players were able to play. The course refused to credit us a and would not allow us to play a 'twosome at a future date.
Course in good shape
We teed off a little bit late due to darkness, but easily made up time and finished the round in 3:50. The day was beautiful and the course was in pretty good shape. A few dry patches, but mostly good.
Little rain
It sprinkled a bit no problem some tee boxes lacked attention and no beverage girl was to be seen. Pace of play was good just missed a tournament. also there was a wedding to be held do hole 19 was closed. Fairways were ok and of course no warm up place we probably will wait a while before going back nothing special here
high winds
25 mph winds and punched/sanded greens made it difficult to play but worth the challenge. greens not that hard to read but the sand prevented some birdies from falling in.
Fairways are still in decent condition for this time of year. They closed the back nine for punching and seeding though. And the front nine greens currently are punched and covered with sand. You can only play the front nine twice to get your full 18 holes.
Great condition
You need a place to go while they overseed and aerate other courses, this is a great course in the area!!
