Spring Valley Golf Course

The course is great, greens are fast. It played slow, the groups in front of us was playing off the wrong tees and causing a back up for the rest of course. Would love to see the Marshall ask them to move up tees when they see this much of a back up.

As most of people playing here select Walking option so I think the club should use 10’ interval instead of 7’ to avoid jam on the course..

Great course overall for playing here for the first time. Pace of play could have been better but for being a Saturday around the holidays I kinda expected it to be busy. Love this course and looking forward to playing it again soon maybe more in the morning.

Started off by having to wait to check in because the pro shop was closed down so had to go to restaurant to check in and took a while. Pace of play was horrible and so were the groups. Had to wait on every T and had 2 groups behind us also waiting as group of teens hit tons of balls off T box every hole. Course layout was horrible had T’s hitting almost into other holes and could easily get hit with the players they had in front of us. Ended up not finishing and left on 15th hole.

Fun course layout, greens were in good shape, overall course conditions were in good shape. Paceof play started out slow, but course Marshall was on it! He got several groups to pick up the pace and it showed. Kudos to him, as we were able to finish in 4hrs, 20min., which is good for Post-Covid weekend golf in the Bay Area 🤔 👍

it took 5:30 minutes to complete 15 holes. the course should consider to have tee time every 10 minutes instead of every 7 minutes, the course is too crowded,

Another great day at this curse. T’s, Fairways, and greens in great shape. Didn’t land in a bunker so can’t comment.

Was paired with two great guys for a perfect round. 4 hrs exactly.

Golf shop, starter and grill personnel all great. Weather perfect.

Will be back as usual

I really like SVGC but playing the day after Thanksgiving is not good, pace of play was so slow. And it was cold and windy. On the plus side, I scored my best on the front 9 a 43. I definitely recommend SVGC but not on a holiday time.

Great deal for the money. Up in the hills so quiet and beautiful. In good shape for a public course and very walkable. Excellent value for the money. Weirdly - no benches / chairs to sit on while waiting for our tee time.

This course has everything. The entire area up here has hiking biking parks with this awesome located golf course too

Good day overall. Course conditions good. The pace however is a different story. The foursome I was in had to wait at every T. On two of the holes there was two groups in front of us waiting to t off. We saw a marshal for about a minute on # 11, never saw him again.

I had their great cheesesteak sandwich and a 40 lb 805 after the round..’

I enjoy golfing this course and will always return.

Staff was racist and rude to our group. We’re a young group of Asian men, when we arrived and tried to get carts and order food, we were met with pushback and hesitancy.

We pass it off as they were busy. Oh it gets worse…

While on course, we noticed a group slow in front of us, which also had another group in front of them…so we patiently introduce ourselves and made friends with the group in front of us letting them know we won’t hit into them or rush them.

The group behind us was not so nice. They hit into us 3-4 x and when confronted, they laughed and said it was no big deal (except it hit my buddy twice). They then proceeded to call the marshal on us saying we were playing too slow (buddy, there’s a group on the fairway)

Marshall sided with them and said, just hit into the next group, you should be able to aim a bit away from them. Yes. Course Marshall told me to hit into the group in front—telling me to try to injure patrons.

Yeah, great beautiful course. Horrible people.

Not going anymore, there’s better courses. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going or booking a tee time. You’ll have a bad time.
