Super slow pace
For us to play 4.5 - 5 hours in 1 round is when they overbooked it. It was horrible slow pace. We didnt get a chance to finish our round. 2 to 3 groups waiting to tee off.

Par 70 with temporary hole
Spring Valley GC is par 70 but with temporary hole due to green fungus, it plays even shorter. Due to fungus on the green, at least 2 holes have uneven green… Green fee should be adjusted or let the player aware of the situation prior to making the reservation.

A client and I try to golf an early morning round there each Thursday.

I'd play again
Everything was good expect for pace of play. My group caught a group in front of us by the 8th hole and we waited on every hole there after. I never saw a marshal out there. No one was in front of the group we caught.

Well maintained course. Not for beginners
Course is well maintained. Cart rental is more expensive compared to other courses. A 2 some is asked to share the cart but charged individual price. Also groups are spaced 8 minutes apart even if there are 4 people walking in each group. Always creates a backup. On the average even driving to the green and putting takes more than 8 minutes easily if there are 4 people

Course Layout
Thank you for your concern regarding our golf course. Spring Valley has 19 holes that are routinely rotated. Hole 4, which is currently closed for maintenance, is a par 3 and has been exchanged with a par 3 of equal distance. There is no change in the overall length of the golf course. We are fortunate to have 19 holes, allowing us the opportunity to do a maintenance project of this nature without the use of a temporary hole or temporary green, which is a major benefit to our players.
We take the condition of the golf course very seriously and are in the process of reconditioning our 4th green to ensure the experience for the player is consistent with our high standards.
