Good value for the money
Course was in good shape. Rough was very course and easy to loose a ball. Staff extremely friendly. Course and club house being prepared for upcoming winter season.
Course with lot of bunker
We went there to play in the morning and there were almost nobody on the course. It was pleasant to play this course. Not the best lay out and condition but it was good for the price we paid.
Very challenging but fun course
I played twice last week and really enjoyed the challenges: lot of bunkers. I had to play in the sand in more than half the 18 holes. The course is well maintained. The fairways are a bit too large but they might be useful with the number of bunkers there. Staff are friendly and courteous. I would come back for sure.
Great value at $32.00-- will soon change due to season
There are so many bunkers on this course, it's almost riduclous. I don't hit far enough to get in much trouble, but I can see why others might take exception to this layout.
The course is in great shape, the price was very reasonable and the service was excellent
The course is in great shape, the price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. An added bonus was the lunch, unlimited golf for the day and as many range balls as you want to hit for $6.95. Great Value.I would recommend this course to all levels of players. With all the rain we have had the sand traps were still well maintained and the course dry.
good course
Course was in good condition but the staff was very friendly. Played afternoon and course was empty. Enjoy the layout because of the brunker
Great course, great conditioning
Although I was rained out after just 9 holes, the course was - as usual - in great shape, greens/fairways/tee boxes in excellent condition. The staff is quite welcoming. I really like this place, and will be back, especially given the great prices ($30 or under).
Challenging!!!!!!
over 97 sand bunkers, you will hit at least 5 during course of play
Great value..
Course is very fun and challenging as well. Beware, bring your sand wedge as there is more sand than grass!
Great Club House
Too many sandtraps on fairways. Unfair golf course.
Rain check policy
Our tee time was 1:44. Weather did not look good. After two holes lightning was all around us and we stopped play and asked for a rain check. We were told no rain check as our tee time was their "twilight" time and no rain checks are given. We were showed a sign with that written small on the very bottom. He said we were welcome to wait it out and go out, however, he wouldn't suggest it.
He said they never close the course. We were extremely upset as it cost each couple $55 plus what was paid to GolfNow. I think it was very poor of them to not point out their policy since it was a cloudy day.
With all the bunkers you better bring your A game
Tee boxes and fairways excellent. Some bunkers needed attention large stones several greens spotty conditions. No cart girl. Very quiet and relaxing, will play again.
$30 for a Former TOUR Stop? Unbelievable Deal !!
This is possibly one of the best deals I've ever gotten playing golf anywhere, a former PGA TOUR stop for just $29 + tax. Showed up about 40 minutes ahead of time, the rest of the folks I was to be paired with hadn't shown up yet so they said I could just go when ready and just go I did. I have to say this was one of the most strategically designed courses I've ever played, there were times you'd prepare for tee shots really trying to soak in exactly what it is you had to do. Every bunker and hazard was perfectly placed to be in play no matter the tee box you were one, for a semi-short knocker like me I think it may have been harder from the white (middle) tees than it would have been from the blues. The only tiny little issue I found, and this isn't the only FL course I've played with this issue, is that there's a large gap of yardage between the whites and the blues, next box back, there maybe should have been one more tee box between them. Other than that, dynamite layout, great challenge while staying completely fair, good birdie opps if you're striking it OK, just overall very nice place to go and will make a point of coming back on my frequent visits to FL
Nice course
yes, many of the holes are similar but each one plays a little different than the others... you can choose to use driver or a 3 wood on some of the par 4s and playing around the bunkers can be a challenge...
Boring layout
Every hole is similar. Condition was fair. Everytime I play here, it reminds me not to come back
Fairways were in great shape Greens needed a little attantion
It was a damp and rainy morning the course handled it well but with all the bunkers made them tough. But overall liked the course a lot and will play again.
très beau terrain de golf
terrain en très bonne condition beaucoup de trappe de sable très beau décor
tough course
Lots of sand traps make you adjust your game and shoot selection go long and be perfect or lay up !! fun and challengin
Great Layout, Traps and Greens need attention
Great layout, used to host the Honda Classic, so it is challenging. They need to address the weeds on the greens, way too many. Also, if they are going to maintain the traps, they need to add sand to them. Most is sugar sand with rocks and after 1/2 down, it is hard panned. They either need to add sand or reduce the size of the traps.
Very challenging due to many sand traps and course lay out.
This is the best golf courses I have ever played for less than $25!
