150 bucks for a round but the course needs some love and I understand why it is not getting it

Great value at 75 to 100

Very nice course in very good condition. It's not an impossible layout to play well. I'm a 14 HC, an average schmoe, or perhaps worse. The greens were in fantastic condition, but you may not notice. The pitches on most every green will allow the ball to roll off the green way too easily. The greens are not for the average golfer. It added some frustration. But if you're a scratch golfer and can tap the ball with a feather, go for it. A bit pricey, but did get a deal by being a Marriott owner.

Perhaps if one were to place this course a few times, they might have a better idea of where to place shots onto the greens. Many of the greens are severely sloped making it very difficult to read the speed and direction. Pin placements didn’t help. Putts that came within inches of the hole, could roll many feet away ( and sometimes completely off the green)

They seem to have no issue with sending out fivesomes onto the course at the beginning of the day. In As a result. While they state that pace of play is 4 hours, the pace was at a bit over five. . Staff was OK with that saying that it was busy at this time of year. But we teed off early so that doesn’t really work. As far as the course. I liked the layout. The greens condition was exceptional, very fast and a ton of slope. The fairways were adequate. No overseeding but the Bermuda was decent. Some of the tees were under repair but with a tee, no issue. Rough was typical gnarly Bermuda, a bit thin because of season. Just wish I didn’t have to wait on every shot because it doesn’t work for my game (and back).

Great folks and a great coarse. This coarse is enjoyable when it’s played at pace.

A real gem of a course. Wish pace of play was faster. Will play again soon.

We love this course and greens were great. We paid $59 green fee and expected to get close to 18 holes in before dark. A 2.5 hour round on the front only allowed us to get 12 holes in!

You need a course marshal to keep things moving!

The view is beautiful. The fairways are clean . The green is smooth and speed is good

Great layout. No two holes look the same. Unfortunately, the fairways were ok at best and some greens needed attention. Surprisingly, there were no rakes in many bunkers even those located green side. Good practice facilities.
