Golf Club At Terra Lago - North Course

Course was in good condition. Not great. Soggy areas. Pace of play was great, especially for a Sunday morning at 10:40 am. Played in 4 hr 15 min. Foursome. Tough greens. Decent speed. Maybe a 9 or 10. Holes were feshly cut. No beverage cart. A lot of construction along the canal. Views were awesome

Tee off at 11:20, finish at 5! Never seen a sheriff on the course. No support, nothing. Ridiculous.

The layout of the North course is great and the conditions of the course were excellent. The round took 5hours and 40 minutes to complete with the last two holes played in the dark. Staff advised that a computer glitch with the carts caused the delay but I am not buying that excuse since there were no Marshalls and groups were continually pushed onto the golf course resulting in a massive log jam. At one point we were behind an eight some and the course was advised but did nothing about it. This is too bad because the facility looks very nice and could be great.

Course condition and maintenance were great.

.But green speed is too slow. Terribly slow.

Worst golf round I have ever experienced. Have notified Am Express to remove from my billing. Walked off course as it took 3 1/2 hours to play nine holes! Got to 10 tee and had 5 groups on hole, with 2 foursomes on the tee, complained to pro shop, was told to go back replay the front nine! Pitiful! Pulled cart to empty out, saw four guys finish #18, took them over 40 minutes to play hole, no one in front of their group, inquired when they teed off, and realized they took 6 hours and 28 minutes to play a round of golf!!! Unbelievable and again a pitiful excuse for allowing them to play. I gave all Zeros for this place except a couple of stars for the bag/cart staff.

The course was in very good condition. The greens rolled true and we're very good speed. It was a very fair value. I would play again for sure

Golfed a couple days after some rain and the place was butchered. Granted there were probably 60 folks out tending to the grounds but they didn’t turn off tractors or blowers when we were in the fairway adjacent to them nor did they have an urgency to move from the cartpath while we were driving by. One fella was nice enough to stop shoveling sand off the cartpath but made us drive up onto the curb and in the rough (two wheels) where it was muddy and caused more damage to the course rather than stepping off the cartpath to let us by. Starter was the nicest guy on the planet, desk staff and cart attendant were short and seemed annoyed that golfers were golfing. Golf itself was great, course felt like you were disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the highway and very few homes in view compared to other spots in the valley. Will play again should there be hot deals during my stay.

We went into this with low expectations and was super impressed! The course has some interesting holes and lots of great views of the area. It was a packed day and we were still able to play at a 4 hr 15 min pace. Would highly recommend this course. We liked it so much we ended up playing at the South course a few days later (much more challenging!).

North course was in nice condition. Good track overall. Worth playing again. Lots of work being done along the canal.

Interesting layout with a variety of holes, some quite challenging. Course conditions weren’t perfect, probably due to recent storms that left a few areas near the fairways muddy, but overall in good shape. Would play it again.
