Anaheim Hills Public Country Club

Great place to play a game, very challenging if u don’t know where the hole ends but amazing place to play. Little under the electricity wires from some of the hole locations. But all in all a wonderful place to play.

Make for great vistas and more difficult approach shots

I enjoy this course, but I do not enjoy the golf carts. The driving GPS overly compensates down the hills.

2/25/20 2pm As we all know this course is famous on Blind spots, on short par 4 I literally drove up the hill to see where about the front 2sum players and found them on green, we then hit our shots & as we approached we noticed our balls approx 80 yards from green, front players were purchasing goodies from snack cart while putting, few seconds later golf cart lady drive to us and says our ball almost hit them (which is totally incorrect), our balls landed approx 150 yards short of green and rolled down (steep down sloped) 40 to 50 yards & again they were on green before we hit.

Snack cart lady was somewhat threatening us she’ll report to pro shop.

We’ve played here many times and know our distance & how to avoid near hit.

Any case our bad experience with cart lady have ruined our day and plan not to return.

Did not have res saved, Course was 20minutes behind schedule. Entire round almost 6 hours. No one filled divots, ranked bunkers or yelled a friendly “fore” when golfballS whizzing by my cart and head later. Will not play again.

Course was in great condition and the greens played hard but true. We teed off on time and the course was wide open with only a two-some directly in front of us. We finished the front nine in 1 hour 35 minutes and were on pace for a 3-1/4 hour round until the turn at the 10th. The club house let multiple foursomes out in front of us which absolutely killed the pace. we had to wait at every hole from that point on and our round turned into a 4-1/2+ hour round. It killed our pace of play as well as our flow of the game. It was very disappointing as well as frustrating. We were so excited to play a mid-day weekday round and ended up disappointed and late for dinner.

The course was good value for the money. Challenging. However there were too many blind tee shots and the screen graphics in the cart didn’t help. It was a hot day and they must have flooded the course in the morning because the tees and greens were boggy. Now that I know the layout, a second round might be enjoyable.
