Mission Trails Golf Course

I'm 74 I've played golf over 60 years. This is the worst course I've ever played. Horrendous conditions, bad attitude of pro shop especially when I entered and they told me I was not on the tissue and then I pointed it out to them and the guy was super nasty, Greens were fine rest of the course look like a cow pasture. As a dedicated golfer as many are this course is an embarrassment and personally I think should be shut down. What a bad experience and the worste day on the golf course

Haven't been here in a few years and was surprised by the condition. Great playing time. Not torrey pines but still a very nicely managed course.

Staff was super nice. Greens in great shape. Fairways were fair to poor. Took 4 hours and 40 minutes.

Golfed 11am Saturday. Course was fine. The 2nd hole tee box (?) had its protective net removed blocking the Par 3 hole tee shots. Nothing cane our way, but maybe put it back up for psychological purposes.

Big shout-out to Emily, the Beverages Cart Expert. She was very present throughout the round, so we very much appreciated that. Usually, the Beverage Cart stops by maybe twice, but Emily was there several times during our outing. We didnt need to order most of the time, but it was great seeing her at least in the area in case we did.

Course was in decent shape. Tee boxes could use some care and a few dirt spots here and there. But great pace of play and a few challenging holes that makes this course worthwhile (especially hot deals).

Not offering a solo cart and making you play with randoms is wild … explaining nothing can be done while 2 solo riders are actually turning in carts in sight … it’s not a new rule just a poverty course forcing ridiculous rules to save Pennie’s

The course is a dog track with decent greens trying to charge $80

Great layout. Scenic course. Unfortunately the greens were under maintenance and it felt like I was putting at the beach into the ocean.

We got chased off of the course by rain/thunder. This course offers no refund or rain checks at all for rain/lightning. The course itself was in poor shape and the staff was rude and condescending. There is no starter and the pace of play was ridiculously slow. All in all it was a truly horrible experience.

I like this course it use to be in nice conditions now just average to below average, the tee boxes are terrible the sand traps are like rock traps and let's talk about the pace of play.

First tee box par 5 ( no starter ) you got new players waiting for the green to clear before the tee off, the ambassador for the 10 hole who is a very nice guy is trying to get people into the raffle in the first tee which is also slowing things down as they should be teeing off but are to busy signing up for the raffle (which is a good cause but don't stop people from teeing off to get into the raffle)

We make the turn and 3 foursomes are waiting to tee off at the 10th hole I go into the pro shop and the manager I think his name was Gerry is counting gloves in the display rack I said to him FYI you got 3 foursomes on the 10th hole waiting to tee off can you get a marshall out ther to get the pace picked up, he didn't even look up just keep counting gloves and mummbled yup, of course nothing happened no marshall and it took 5:35 minutes to play the round.

While on the back 9 of the course, we are on the second par 5 and across from us on the first par 5 two golf carts (driver very drunk) are screaming at each other and smashing the carts into each I called in and you guessed it no marshal showed up.

This could be a great course again if the people who ran the course cared about it, too bad

This course is cheap and I was paired with some randoms, one was really bad, had some mental disabilities but I guess I have to be OK but probably he should play alone to speed pace of play a little bit, there is a lot of areas with no grass and greens are acceptable, I did this as a last min to another course that canceled my teetime so at least I played.

I like the layout of the course. The tee boxes were in horrible condition. The greens were in good condition and extremely fast. The cart girl seemed to focus on the back nine only. The food amenities were a food truck. I would play it again
