Good value
Pretty nice course. The greens were good, not all fairways were nice green grass though. Interesting holes with elevation changes and hitting blind on 2 holes. Would definitely go again for the price.
Fun Course
Fun course to play. Nice view of Lake Murray. Bruce made a great sandwich from the shack.

the course was in good shape..played a round of 18 holes in 4 hours..nice attentive marshals..plenty of water on a hot day
Value Course
I have played this course probably 20 times in the last 6 months. It's not the best kept, but honestly I've never had a problem. The greenskeepers other than the head greenskeepers are total dicks.
There are a TON of older people who play here so expect a slow round. They have plenty of 5-somes that are painfully slow.
Its very affordable and I do believe you get good value for your money.
Pick your times wisely
We tried to play starting at 9:37 am, but the pace was so slow we decided to stop at the 9th hole. I like the layout of this course and was hoping the pace would not be too bad as it was before 10:00 am, but I was wrong.
Excellent ptice
I played this course in the early afternoon on a week day. I practically had the course to my self. Greens are in great shape. The fairways and fringes are a little rough. But nice course for the money. I am playing the course again on Monday.
My home course
I play this course almost every week. It's a fun course, not in the best condition and not the worst either, but it is a municipal course. Greens are usually in pretty good shape and are little fast. Overall, a good course for the money.
Back again
I played this course years ago when I lived here but moved away and played this with my friends who still live here. We enjoyed the wide-open lay out the pace of play was a little slow but other than that we enjoy The course. It brought back a lot of memories when I used to play it. I will always comeback to play
Great course for the value
Had a great time at the course. The course was in good shape aside from some wet spots and a few areas where it was been worked but ovearall in good shape. The layout can be a Lil tricky if you are not familiar with the it, good thing I was paired with a couple of locals. Will be coming back.
