About

The Crooked Cat Course is one of two 18-hole regulation courses at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge. The facility is also home to a nine-hole executive course. The Crooked Cat Course is a challenge with dramatic elevation changes and rolling fairways that are framed with mounding. The golf course has a links-style design with large, contoured greens and wide landing areas. Water hazards and several bunkers come into play throughout. There are also trees and native heather present on the course for a naturally beautiful atmosphere. Orange County National's Crooked Cat Course is favored among low handicappers due to its length and difficulty.

True central Florida gem

Great layout, greens are true and in good shape. The cart they gave me was a little suspect and am shocked it made it around the course. All good though and will play it again soon. Keep up the good work

Good condition and solid public course

Overall this course was in good shape despite the recent rains. Greens were in solid shape and fairways good condition. Rough was very tough which put a premium on hitting fairways. Fair but relatively tough layout

Needs some work on greens

Course overall is in great condition. Greens have been punched and have some bad spots but will fill in by end of September. In some spots looks like greens were mismanaged.

The perfect challenge

This course doesn’t hand out birdies but doesn’t make it impossible either. The layout is excellent and is well maintained. I have been playing at OCN since it was built and I still tell everyone it’s my favorite.

Great course and great facility

First time here and definitely won’t be the last. I was shocked to see the size of the facility…from clubhouse to driving range etc etc. we played Crooked Cat today….great condition tee to green. Very playable course with forgiving fairways and playable rough. Taking on hole 9 as a drivable par 4 was fun, and I gave it a go and stuck the green about 20 feet from the stick and made the putt for Eagle which made the day even sweeter. We’ll be back soon for Panther Lake. Great staff also, very friendly and accommodating.
