Great but sneaky course! Not the longest but dont get too comfortable it is well protected with its layout, bunkers, and elevated greens. Course was excellent shape, staff was great and helpful. Fun layout!

This is the best course for the money we have played in the Tampa area, notably the greens are in far better shape. Nice clubhouse. The worst part was $18 for 6 domestic beers for the course. Great carts with quality GPS/scoring.

Is there really no drainage on this course?
Large parts of fairways were soaked. The ball plugged evey time and no roll what so ever.
Probably on a sunny day it could be a nice course.
On the positive side; o mulligan's the bar and restaurant was open till 21.00 on a sunday, so we did enjoy a beer after the game and a burger.
We should have been warned by the caddiemaster beforehand and been offered to play for half price given the terrible wet condition of the course.

It's is a good course, the gree. Speed was a little inconsistent, the weather changes we have had could also be why. Took us a little over 4 hours to play. We teed off at about 11:40. A lot of people on the course.

The couse was a little soggy the day we went but in good shape none the less. Staff was friendly and helpful and any day away from the office is a good day.

Terrain en bonne condition, verts difficiles a lire mais en bonne condition. Ce parcours est u bon défi et ous force a vous concentrer sur le positionnement en vue du coup suivant. Le GPS de les voiturette est utile car il vous guide pour éviter certains pièges. Bon rapport qualité/prix se joue en moins de 4 heures.

Great course from distance to layout. The greens could be quicker and more smooth,bunkers excellent and again layout is fun and challenging depending what blocks you play at. Would recommend this course as a great value. Well done

My back seized up. $30 gone....beautiful course but my back

When I got there, they asked if I booked online, which I did. I had booked as the third player in a twosome. The pro shop said I was the fifth player (Golfnow problem?). The starter got me off the tee ten minutes before my scheduled time. Paired up with a threesome that were courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to play with. A very enjoyable round.

At $40 for a weekend round with average conditions and since they let fivesomes on the course for some reason, I give this course an average rating overall. Based on the experience I had today I wouldn't pay more tha $25 to go back until they improve conditions and pace of play.

Course was in good condition and has a nice variety of hole layouts. Only complaint was pace of play (4.5 hours).

I can't believe how bad the pace of play was on this course. This is the exact reason why people now-a-days HATE golf. It took over 3 hours to play 9 holes. I paid for a full 18 but only go to through 12. Also, it seemed as if they forgot the sprinklers on all night long. Horrible management of greens as well.
TERRIBLE management. Did not see the ranger come around once. There were about 4 or 5 foursomes lined up at the 1st hole. The entire experience was terrible and from speaking with some people waiting to tee off, it seems to be a common issue with this course.

Smooth greens. Nice wide fairways. Fair challenging course. Pace of play was right on time.

Nice Course! We try to go as often as we can. on the weekends.

This course was very playable, but don't get too comfortable as there are a few holes that can jump up and bite you at anytime. Number 1 was a great starting hole that can set up a round.

The course was not in very good condition. The greens were poor and the fairways did not have much grass on them. I enjoy the layout but would like to see better conditions.

Lot of rain but a good time on this course.
Really a shame not to have had the time and leisure to look better route because a lot of rain.
But we will return.

Overall experience very nice. Easy checkin, very nice staff. Course is compact in a residential community but did not experience any issues with houses myself but a couple of holes they could come into play. Course conditions I'd rate as well above average for the cost of the course. Tees, fairways, rough (cut low) and chipping areas good, greens above average rolled smooth and moderately fast. Course layout has many doglegs, greens are all elevated with back to front slope, found that I was a club short on many approaches. Carts have good GPS system with hole layout and accurate pin positions. If your on your game a good number can be shot here. I'll return. Stopped at Mulligans on the turn for lunch, good food and beer!
