About
Northdale Golf & Tennis Club remains one of the premier Tampa golf courses because of its affordable play, its use of water on 11 of 18 holes, bunkers, rolling undulations and contoured greens that really challenge players. Just 12 miles north of Tampa International Airport, this is a neighborhood golf course with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that will add to the enjoyment of your day. Renowned golf course architect Ron Garl designed the par 72, 6824-yard championship golf course. Northdale Golf & Tennis Club winds its way through 180 plus acres of property that is home to Brushy Creek and a series of small lakes and unspoiled wooded areas.

our go to course!
Northdale has been our standby course for years! condition are always playable. staff is pleasant. great rates. We do not understand why it does not get more play but good for us! To our group Northdale is the best golf for the money in the greater Tampa area!
I didn't get a chance to play because I wouldn't finish in time to pick my wife up and they would not let me reschedule for a different date.
Good value
The course was in decent shape. A few very challenging holes , water on 16 made it interesting. Fairways were decent, tees were fine, greens very fast. Played on Friday afternoon, pace was great. Overall a very good value for the money
Fantastic greens
Fairly flat Florida style course (around houses, etc), but I really enjoyed it. Conditions were good (with the greens being great) and everyone was friendly.
No range, but they do have a net to warm up into. I’ll be back.
Very nice course.
First time at Northdale and was pleasantly surprised. Fairly wide open fairways but a good challenge. Greens were receptive and rolled very nicely. Overall conditions were very good and it was a nice round of golf. The clubhouse staff was very welcoming. If you get a bite to eat don't miss the cheessteak. Seriously good!
Ok course to play when not wet.
side walks are terrible. Bunkers are the worst ive seen and fairways are just brutal. Nice greens and tee boxes. Pace of play usually is fast.
Great Sunday Afternoon
They are redoing the tee boxes so you get a really nice deal. The temporary tee boxes make each hole about 20 yards shorter. Pace of play was great until I caught up with a 2 some following a slow 4 some, slowing the round to a craw. Still a fun afternoon of practice.

Tee boxes are being redone , Temporary tee boxes are being used so the course plays shorter and much easier. Course was in good shape water wise considering all the rain we had had. Greens were fast as usual but rolled true.
Friday Afternoon Golf
Great afternoon of golf I was a little disappointed the tea boxes were all pretty much brown in the greens were slower than usual I still enjoy playing this course especially late afternoons

Tee boxes undergoing renovation. Other than that, great shape. Smooth greens. Awesome staff. Great value.

Tee boxes are rough but otherwise in good shape, no off course amenities at all
Tee box and Greens
The greens where perfect. Fast and smooth. The tee box were a little rough. But overe all the course is playing very good.
Nice, affordable course
Great course. Open layout . They did have a tournament that afternoon and the Marshall got on us about three times to hurry up, even though we clearly were making a concerted effort to increase our pace speed (our newer golfers dropped with their more experienced cart mates after one). We got it the first time dude, chill.

It is a great course for practice. I wish management would improve the tee boxes and fairways.
