Tee Boxes hardly had grass on them!

Greens had crab grass growing and big dead grass spots, didn’t mow greens on a Saturday morning was brutal, was like putting on obstacle with the crab grass!

Played here without checking reviews and wish I hadn’t..this course is a disgrace and to think GOLFNOW has the price a $90! Every green is sanded and under repair. Most fairways are dirt and grass is non-existent. The tee boxes are the worst I've ever seen. Course should be closed because it’s that bad. Avoid at all costs.

Greens? Sad, sad, sad. Almost unusable. Tee boxes equally terrible. Fairways completely dormant. I get it. Drought but, come on. These are wonderful layouts but, not worth playing right now and can’t be before fall assuming a good rainy season. I hate to see this. I hate to say this. Please, new owners, save these courses! Until then players, save your money.

Shoudln't charge more than $20 to play or notify anyone who books a tee time of the conditions

Disappointing conditions of the course. Weeds everywhere fairway and greens, burnt grass fairway and greens, sand on the greens, most teeboxes were a sandbox.

Disappointing to see within a gated community.

It’s a fun, challenging course if they took better care of it. It’s obviously been neglected for some time now.

For the prices this course is charging the course should reflect better maintenance. The tee boxes were in terrible shape consisting mostly of soft sand and lacking grass. The fairways were poor with over grown weed growth. The greens were slow and not very well maintained. This course ranks in the bottom 10% of courses in this area. The staff was awesome but that’s where it course affection ends.

I had not played the course in over a year. Both 18s used to be among my favorites in the area. The layouts are enjoyable and challenging, but the course has not been maintained. The greens and most tee boxes are horrid. Such a shame because the staff is great.

Every green was like putting on thick carpet. But at least they had grass, which was better than you could say for fairways. Even a hot deal @ $50 was overpriced for conditions.

Both courses, Forest and Lakes are in disrepair and need attention. We’ve been there many times in the past and now feel we will not return unless there are major repairs. Greens are sand topped and unplayable and damaged. Bare spots on the fairways… we were disappointed.

Greens were destroyed. Tee boxes mangled. The audacity to charge $100 for that is criminal. Will never come back again.

The layout is excellent- very much a Florida course with plenty of water and lots of beautiful wildlife. The green were not in good shape- they need to resolve that for me to return. The folks that worked there were great.

The fairways overall we're in good shape. But if you got off the fairways or was difficult to hit off grass. The greens had sharp grooves and that green powder all over them. Send like the course really just needs a rest. I won't go back if it stays in that shape.

The worst golf course condition I’ve ever played. Greens were absolutely terrible and the fact that it was $100 was an absolute robbery.

Every green looks like its been snowed on, completely covered in sand and cut with lines accross. The Tea boxes are all horrible (the entire course) !!!! I cant believe they have the nerve to charge 90$ per person, ABSOLUTE SHAME!!!

Every green is cut with derp lines . and sand, to the point that they look like they snowed on each one, the T boxes are horrible, The fairways have 2 maybe 3 that are in decent shape, The course is challenging, but the biggest challenge is wondering how you get charged 90$ per perdon for playing here.

The course was challenging, but green needs some work. The staff in the club were greatly aware of the course conditions and offered us voucher for 9 holes another time. Good course with water and challenging holes.

The only saving grace for this course is the layout and fairways. Tee boxes are sand boxes and the greens are anything but. After a couple holes we should have walked off the course but it cost $90+ to play this place so we tried to justify it. Couldn’t find a salvage of the round. If you aren’t going to keep up with the course that’s fine, but don’t charge these crazy rates. There are many public munis around that are is much better shape that The Eagles. This place is now a dump. Will not be back for a very very long time.

The course was adequate condition except for the greens. They all were under repair.
