Great course for all levels
Enjoyed this course very much. Greens are in excellent shape and challenging. Great outing for all handicappers.
Fun course
Good layout
Greens were airated but they made sure to inform customers when they brought their round
Great layout
this course has a great layout. Is very unique. Par 37 on front and 35 on back. I love the fact that it’s not typical five par fives and five part threes. The greens were terrific very fast but readable. This course is in excellent condition especially for winter
Great place
Great place to golf at for the money. Love the fact that they have a grass driving range. Pro staff is friendly and they seem to always have good deals on clubs and such.
Welcome to the island
Course in good shape. New sand in bunkers and somebody actually smoothed them prior to first tee time.
Greens running at 8-10.and are firm. Fairways roll out. So with all the good conditions here’s their chance to cut down the weedy areas that help promote the poor conditions this course (around the restrooms on the back nine-behind the 2nd par 3 on the backside) is known for every summer.
And maybe eliminate the water grass on half the fairways?
Overall great shape in Feb. June’s just around the corner.

Pace of play was horrible
Maybe the course over booked maybe because it’s a day before the Super Bowl but the pace of play could have been a lot better. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and I play this course often
Sunday at Cherry
Me and three of my friends played on Sunday. The weather was dry but fairly chilly. The coarse was in great shape and checking in at the Pro shop went fast and easy. I've played Cherry many times and have gotten better rates but all in all for a Sunday $46.00 was not bad.

Greens in great shape
Tee boxes(blue) in horrible condition
No Birdies
Greens are excellent. Foggy that day and they provided towels for the carts! A few bare spots but the hard ground made it easy to compress the ball.
Bunkers were excellent!
Birthday golf
I took the day off to enjoy a round of golf with a buddy on my birthday. The course was in perfect condition. The fairways where great and the greens rolled true and fast. You can't play for a hot deal better than this for $21.00 on your birthday. I suggest if you have the time play this course.
Always Ripe Cherry
We have never had a bad time here. Good conditions and good greens with some unique holes on flat lands. Water and lateral hazards are on this course in good spots, risk/reward is there. Good front nine, good back nine, both totally different. A good home course for those that live nearby. Walkable and mature, Cherry Island is always a good time.
