Course review
The fairways and ruff are places you do not want to be because they are in bad condition. Their are dry patches of grass in some areas and no grass in others in the fairway so you punished with good shots in the fairway. The pace of play is poor on the weekends after 3p during the spring and summer are 5+ hour rounds and because all carts need to be returned at 730p you will not get 18 holes in. So keep that in mind when scheduling a round there. The two posited are the staff and the greens which are in very good shape.
Good practice course
Walking only. Nice greens. All the holes except 2 are par 3’s that are all about or less than 100yds. Some are 50-60 yards. I’d play here again. They have a range too.
A fun place to practice
Greens just punched so awful, but course getting better. Greens will be good in a week or so
What do they do with all the green fees???
This course is atrocious. What did they do with all the green fees they collect? The Fairway has so many divots, grass is a rarity, and the tee box is awful. They should be ashamed to call this place a golf course.
Challenging golf course.
Place appears to be on decai not sure if because ownership change or just plane lock general maintenance care.
I’d pass on playing here
I arrived at the course between 1:52 PM and 1:55 PM for a 2:00 PM tee time and waited in the pro shop for 8 minutes with no one in sight. When someone finally showed up was told that I could catch my group on hole 11 because they have a HS group starting ahead of me. When I challenged was told that I didn’t arrive at the course early enough. Basically, they were catering to the larger group and I was told that my business didn’t matter.
Waste of money
They did not tell us when we booked our tee time that they would be punching the greens today, and that chipping and putting was going to be basically pointless on nine of the 18 holes we paid for. They did not lower the prices or offer us anything for the inconvenience. No cart person selling drinks. Conditions were meh. No amenities really at all. Just a disappointing experience for the price we paid. Would maybe give 3 stars if they either lowered the price or gave us a heads up that the greens on the entire front 9 would be covered in sand
