Woodcreek Golf Club

The course is nice but it seems like they have people tee up every 10 minutes. I know better than to go out on the weekend, but I thought a Tuesday at 5:00 would be safe. We waited at every hole. In hole #5 there were 4 groups. Perhaps if the round is free I may go there again.

The greens on this course we beat up. Golfers did not repair their divots which caused bumpy greens.Some of them were wet due to over watering. The pace of play was slow also. I have played here several times before and the greens are usually great.

Course was in fairly good shape. Pace of play was good. The restaurant has a huge issue with flies. They need to get that under control.

This was my first time playing this course and I was very surprised. Many times when you get a value priced tee time you don't expect a whole lot out of the course. When I pulled up at Woodcreek I checked to make sure I had the correct location. This course is in great condition, is moderately challenging and has a great staff. Grounds crews are out in force hand watering dry areas and rate of play is pretty good. I will definitely play again.

I like the course. The first cut of rough could be shorter. Greens were in good shape.

I reserved the back 9 special for $24. There was a shotgun tournament about to go out, so they sent me off the front.

I was a single and no one in front of me for the first 6 holes.

Many blind greens. The setup tries to overcome the lack of length with a few weird obstructions to take driver out of your hands.

Lots of water in the front. Easily missed if you take a good look.

Soft, yet fairly quick greens right now.

Conditions are better than fair for a city course and I believe only a couple holes adjoin fairways.

This was only my third time playing this course. The course was in good shape. I am not a very good player and I played my best game ever. So, I was happy with that.

Course conditions greens were very erratic some very slow other fast and others really wet. Only other complaint would be the hassel of the $5 cart deposit. I believe this is to cover for stolen gps devices or the insurance to cover for their loss. Or just to pay for these devices. I believe they all should be paid for in full by now. Nice course good pace and friendly staff . Course conditions are really pretty grand for this years water problems.

It was a hot day, but that's Roseville in the summer. Everything was going fine til we caught up to a fivesome in front of us on the 5th hole. They had 3 carts, but did not have their own set of clubs for each player. They were playing 'scramble' at least, but were still slow. They were driving their carts right up to the green edges and pretty much didn't know what they were doing in terms of etiquette. No marshals on the course to report the issue to. Luckily, we got by them at the turn and finished up our round quickly.

I live within 15 minutes of 8 golf courses. There is no course in better shape tee to green. Greens were excellent to the eye but a bit slow. One other course, morgan creek, does have better tee boxes. Pace of play was amazing yesterday due to lack of golfers for a Friday. Be aware, the weekends get busy & it slows down. RC

Played after 5pm and on a hot day. Course still in very good condition. Played quickly and weather cooled down nicely.

We had four groups waiting at the Tee with a group on the fairway and a group on the green on a par 5. It was ridiculous.

I play woodcreek fairly often because it is close to my home, as are a lot of other courses. It is a fun course that can be challenging and rewarding, but I personally feel that it is slightly overpriced, 52 bucks for a round. To me that is a little much for an average city course, there are many courses that I would consider nicer for the same price. But woodcreek has a great driving range, bar and restarant!!!!

Overall.... it was a nice day at Woodcreek. Course was in good shape overall. The fairways were green and mowed at a good height. The Bermuda rough made it tough on some holes. The greens were pretty good as well. Not too many ball marks to fight.

Having the GPS in the cart was great.

A good course in Roseville. Definitely will play again.

I play this course frequently. Yesterday (Father's day) was the slowest I have EVER seen. i was supposed to play 18 but after a 3 HOUR front 9 I left. The marshalls on this course do not do enough to speed up play.
The course was in good shape.

Customers don't come first until they try to embarrass you first then they back up to make you feel better.

This course is in great condition. Greens are in great condition.

It had been multiple years since I played here last and pretty much did not remember any of the holes so it was a new adventure for me. I wanted to play the Blues but my buddy wanted to play White and I am glad we did as the Whites offered all the challenge that I needed. There are many holes that requires good carry off the tee or you will end up in the wasteland.
Everything was very good from the course condition, Greens condition and speed, staff friendliness and pace of play. It was a bit slow on the front side but picked up substantially on the back side. I enjoyed the course very much and the excellent value it was to play ($35 w/ Cart).

course was in great shape, greens were well maintained and fairways were in good shape and bunkers actually had nice sand in them and well maintained also. a course that has a first cut of short grass along fairways and a longer cut around greens that will test your skills.

I've always loved this course but if it wasn't for golfnow it would be to expensive to play with so many moderately priced courses in the same area. The greens seemed slowed at first then sped up as the round moved. It is still a nice challenging course that requires you to play all the clubs in your bag
