Still needs time for the new sod to fill in and turn green
They cleaned up a lot of the bushes or removed some trees on the course, (finally)!! Course is still challenging, though!! They laid a lot of new sod so you can’t drive on the grass yet, so if you slice or hook the ball, then you’re gonna be hiking for awhile! 😮💨👎 I still like the course but it needs warm weather to get the grass growing fast. I will be back by spring to play it though!! 👍⛳️🏌️♂️
The course was the worst I’ve ever seen it
Not only was half the course closed off at times, but it was like not playing on grass at all. The greens were nice, but the rest of the experience was horrible.
Fun times
Great course. Played for the first time.
In the first make sure to avoid the driving range and on the par 5 hcp 1 you have to play safe otherwise you can easily end up with an 8+.
Nice mix of par 3s 4s and 5s.
Odd holes
Blind holes, greens not visible, fairways ending. Odd ending of fairway or switching of fairway that is not groomed or grass surface.
Remodeling course
Course is being remodeled so a number of ground under repair spots, but is still very playable. Discount green fees & lunch voucher. So very much worth the price.
What happened to Woodcreek??
This course has went to crap, Not sure what happened, it looks like the maintenance crew took a vacation and aren’t coming back. I never was a huge fan of the course because of the layout and there a few holes that are kinda weird and make you scratch your head. In the past it was a cool course to play, a little overpriced but playable. Now, don’t even waste your money. You’re better off playing Cherry or other courses that are cheaper and in way better condition
Under construction
Great course, but many holes being upgraded. Lots of new/ upgraded bunkers.
Great place for a challenge!
The course layout is very tough if you have no skills! The greens were the best all year that I’ve played so smooth5⭐️. Our day they were redoing the bunkers to a top level and a ton of areas around the greens had new sod. This place will be beautiful in 2 months can’t wait!

Lots of construction
GolfNow didn’t mention lots of holes have temp tees.
Construction issues
Little disappointed in the condition of fairway. Also was irritated that course had a lot of dirt and construction. To repair bunkers. But still paid full price even though it drastically effected game. No signs or warnings prior to play.
Major bunker renovation
If I had known of the bunker renovation in progress right now, I would not have made reservations thru Golfnow at this course. Would have played somewhere else. They should discount their fees or issue a clear warning that the course is under renovation.
