Challenging course
Blue tees @6041 is rated easier than it plays should be c closer to 130 with difficult greens 3:putt common
Golf at Woodcreek
We played lift, clean and place because the course was wet and muddy. Didn’t get much roll on my shots and that hurt my game a little. I play from the green tees (women) and it took 3 shots on some of the par 4’s to get close to the green. Not complaining, would play again any day!
rainy day access
everyone knows Woodcreek does not drain well. Therefore I was able to get a tee time late. Thx. But conditions were poor
Very very muddy and wet
There was basically zero grass the fairways are completely dead and non existent. The rough is basically all weeds. The course was so wet it shouldn’t even be open. And 55$ a tee time was way too much for the conditions. The pace of play was awful it was a 5 and a half hour round.
Worst course ever
I have never played the course that was in that bad shape and they charged premium price. If I were you guys I would take it off your list
Still needs time for the new sod to fill in and turn green
They cleaned up a lot of the bushes or removed some trees on the course, (finally)!! Course is still challenging, though!! They laid a lot of new sod so you can’t drive on the grass yet, so if you slice or hook the ball, then you’re gonna be hiking for awhile! 😮💨👎 I still like the course but it needs warm weather to get the grass growing fast. I will be back by spring to play it though!! 👍⛳️🏌️♂️
The course was the worst I’ve ever seen it
Not only was half the course closed off at times, but it was like not playing on grass at all. The greens were nice, but the rest of the experience was horrible.
Fun times
Great course. Played for the first time.
In the first make sure to avoid the driving range and on the par 5 hcp 1 you have to play safe otherwise you can easily end up with an 8+.
Nice mix of par 3s 4s and 5s.
Odd holes
Blind holes, greens not visible, fairways ending. Odd ending of fairway or switching of fairway that is not groomed or grass surface.
