South at Admiral Baker Golf Course

Great golf and a 4.5 hour round. The ground is still damp because of all the recent rain, the greens were in decent shape and probably due for a cut. The staff in the pro shop is very accommodating as well as all other employees we had contact with. Locals should call and book a tee time and see what they have been missing!

Our 4-some enjoyed playing this course. The course held up well in the rain. We appreciated the course layout, especially the short par fours. The greens were in good condition and rolled well. We definitely look forward to playing this course again. Tom Kelly

a lot of opportunity on the south course.most holes are straight forward and not to long.nice new carts(no GPS).greens are in great condition.cart comes with free divot tool.only nit si great thing is alot of cart path only and a 90 degree rule.pace of play is ok .NO cart lady seen all day.would recommend if you can get hot deal.

This place should be busy all the time we discovered 2 months ago played 6 times already plus second course there As well!. Do not tell your friends keep it a secret!

This is a good walking course. Flat course with short green to tee distances. Some bare areas in the fairways. Greens need punched; not rolling true right now. Good value for the money.

One of the feathers of this course (south) has always been the grass, fairways and greens. There have been several lakes that produced that result, this is no longer true. Not all these lakes have water any longer, and the fairways are showing the result. As far as the course from a playing standpoint, it has always been enjoyable though a little imbalanced because the five pars are on the front and long par 4s on the back.

The course was in fairly good shape overall. A few greens had some blemishes but based on the drought we are experiencing in Southern California it pretty good as compared to other courses charging more money.

This course is EXCELLENT!! right in Mission Valley, great price and value. Course conditions were great. Got to see 2 Deers up close (30 yards away) in the course fairway.

Installations are very well quept, cars all have GPS...

Much Better than several courses I usually play and at the same or lower price.

Its also a nice place to play while your family can enjoy the park and later have a picnic and use the pools.

We played in 3 hours 5 minutes with some waiting on back nine.

With many of the affordable courses looking very dry with fairways that have not seen much water, Admiral Baker was in nice condition with plenty of fairway grass to land on. I recently played a course in a North county that was so dry it was a waste of a day. This course was the opposite. At $46... A bargain! I will be back for another round soon.

We had a wonderful round. The sand in the bunkers was was great. Th greens were well kept and the fairways were well groomed

Excellent shape, greens medium speed, rough a little long right off the fairways, great facilities, and friendly staff.

South course is very forgiving layout and fun to play vs the north course. Definetly recommend both courses.

The fairways have improved considerably but bare spots there.Tee boxes and greens are excellent

for a weekend morning tee time, the rate was good.

This isn't a dramatic course, but it's nice, in good shape, with small greens that are in very good condition. We've paid much more elsewhere and gotten less. We wouldn't hesitate to play Baker south again.

Admiral Baker has a a friendly staff , two courses that are fun and challenging . The course is well-maintained and the players have fun as evident by the laughter heard though out our game !

Simple layout on the shorter side. Fun course everything is right in front of you, not a lot of hazards. Nice place to go on a Sunday for a stress free round
