South at Admiral Baker Golf Course

My wife and I went out on Mother's Day to play. I have played the North course before and enjoyed it a lot. Sadly, the south course is in sad shape and I would not recommend it to my friends.

Golf the south course this Sunday and had a blast. First time at this course and was happy with everything. Some fairways need work but the greens and sand traps are in excellent shape. We will definitely start golfing here more often!

Course is in decent condition but has patches of dirt here and there. Green is good shape.

Too many walkers ruin the pace of play.

I play this course often. It's close to home and is very nicely cared for. Not too difficult, but challenging enough for the intermediate player. The pace of play can be quite slow on the weekends, but what-the-hey? It's nice just to get out and play. Very friendly players, many Navy folks. Great Sunday brunches. Easy to walk. I am speaking about the South Course only. The North Course is longer, and a bit tougher, but not as narrow. The fairways are nice, the greens are great, the cups seem small (yeah, that's probably just me!).

We need off on time. Greens were great. Course was great. Pace of play was excellent

I had a great time playing this course. Although the fairways were winter golf type the greens were impeccable and rolled very true. The bunkers were excellent with no bare spots. I will be playing this course again. Excellent value and location.

The North is in better shape than the South. Too many bare patches on the South.

I liked south course better. North course was to busy. South course is open and straight. North is more challenging but still fun .

It's a fairly short course. This is a good course if you want a relaxed round. Fairways were really wet when we played which provided some challenges. Greens were good and I think they can be really fast on dry sunny days. Overall, the course looks well maintained. The clubhouse looks like a good, relaxing place to hangout after the round. The place is well-staffed.

It was the first time rounding for me. I was not familiar with this quiet and well set up course near my house until my first playing yesterday.
My wife and me really enjoyed our rounding and hope to visit again next time for walking not riding at North Course.

Course was in good shape despite the recent torrential rain which flooded parts of the course. Greens in great shape. Pace of play was perfect. Never waited. Never pushed. Price was great.

I'm so glad the military has decided to open this course for civilian play. The facility is well maintained, the prices are reasonable, and the course is challenging enough to keep you on your toes. If I could change one thing, it would be to add another set of tees for the shorter hitters. The gap between rear and forward tees on some holes was only 3 to 4 yards.

Got a great deal,fire deal. Course played great, greens in good condition. Played in 3.5 hours. Good times cheap beer.

Nice for the price. The South Course is much easier than the north. Food and beverage prices are more than fair.

Somewhat narrow fair ways on thw south course.
The greens roll true and are beautiful.The bunkers have good quality sand are well maintained.
As always please fix your diviots be respectful of the course and golfers that follow.
