South at Admiral Baker Golf Course

The clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop are outstanding. The course was in good shape. Greens excellent, rolled a bit slow but true. Some bare spots on the fairways but in this day and age and the fact it's a pseudo military course, it's more of a quibble than an issue. Great experience today.

They hold a tournament with Rugby players. Many of them were non playing, driving in buggies across the golf course not knowing how dangerous it was. We were waiting on every hole. Three groups on the tee. We stopped after 11 holes. The course is in very poor conditions. At least we got a refund. Never again.

Greens great shape. fairways some bare spot with mud but ok. PLEASE FIX YOUR DIVOTS out of respect for the course and players.

Fairways a little spotty in some places, but the tee boxes & greens are in phenomenal shape. Will definitely play again.

Overall good time but the course was a mess. Holes, huge patches of dirt/mud and dead grass. Greens looked they had a concert on them. Pretty sad conditions. Played in 4 1/2 hours.

If it wasn’t for the maintained greens, I’d give this place 1 star. So many fairways are trashed and it doesn’t seem that any effort is going in to repair the turf.

It wouldn’t kill the staff to be a little friendlier. With the exception of the starter we got the impression that it was a imposition to deal with us. Three of are veterans and were taken aback at the shoddy way we were dealt with. You have a great venue and we really like the layout but come on , try a little harder to just be nice. .

It was busy when we teed off as a twosome, but the pace of play was steady and we didn't have to wait much and finished in a little over 4 hours. Very nice amenities and a friendly staff.

Course is in great shape. Good value for the money. Stay out of the tree line & the course is very get-able.

Slow play particularly on front nine. Most fairways and greens in pretty good condition. A couple fairways were patches of barren(no grass) & dirt, etc. We started at 11:00 am and sunny. Various parts of fairways were wet and others were muddy. Almost all the greens were in good condition.

Bulldozed, leveled and reseed on the south course and it would be a decent track. Greens were so so, recently punched and fertilized, running slow. Tee boxes a little torn up in places. Cart ran out of juice on 11, shop sent replacement out. Nice, new carts with GPS. I'd play it again in the spring, see if grass grows over the winter.

Greens were punched and fairways were not good in places. Overall it is an interesting course, small greens and par fours are are short or long. Worth playing again.

I had a difficult time to define the direction of hole 9 and hole 11.

Decent course, like the layout. Staff is friendly. I was surprised how many bare spots there are in the fairways. Price is fair, if you get it on a deal, or if military. Not bad.

I feel like this course is open enough for beginners but has enough hazards to keep the golfer honest. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.

I've been playing at Admiral Baker for years. Its always a pretty good value, but play can be very slow at times. The north course is a bit longer, but more wide open. The south course has a nice layout and you will be penalized for missing the fairways in teh rough. Greens were in very good shape today. Great clubhouse afterwards and a good menu!
