South at Admiral Baker Golf Course

We played the south course for the first time this summer and was very impressed with the health of the entire course. Previously the fairways and greens were dry and unpleasant to play on. But now the course is in great shape and beautiful. Good job Admiral Baker.

Came on a Sunday after noon for a 3:00 tee time and finished in 3 hours. Don’t remember the last time I was able to do that. Lots of patches in the fairway but real minimal.

1st time on South course,

Open layout and forgiving.

Great, friendly staff and reasonably priced food and drink in bar after.

Most enjoyable coarse.

Hard to find out where next tee box was located.

HOW HARD is it to put up a couple arrows and signs??

Frustrating for those who are new to the course, causing delays. If I had been walking , would have delayed my play by 20 minutes.

Had a good time on a fun course with good friends.

Greens are in great shape. A few fairways need some work. Place of play was 4 1/2 hours.

Great time on this course on Saturday. Twilight special for $25 a golfer, you can't beat it. There was a bit of a traffic jam, I think a lot of people hopped on board with the pricing, but still only took about 4.5 hours. Perfect for the summer.

First time playing this course and took my Father-in-law for Father's day. The pace of play was a little slow, but possible because the group in front of us were beginner golfers. Our tee time was at 12:53 and we ended close to 6 pm. The course is very flat, open and fairly straight, so you won't lose a lot of balls unless you spray it all over. The greens and fairways are nicely groomed and not too many dirt and dry spots. Greens run fast and are easy to play, not much break or hills on the greens. There are a fair amount of bunkers as well. The fairways are close together and since this is a good course for beginners, you may hear a lot of "fores" and you may not hear it being called out so be wary of golf balls flying at you. There were a few instances where a golf ball hit our carts and the golfer did not inform us. You will also see a lot of carts crossing over to your fairway to hit it back into theirs.

This is a great value price for the layout and clean greens and fairways, will definitely play here again.

The course was pretty straight forward & some beautiful greens. Yes there was some splotchy areas but overall a great course. The price was right & would play again.

Enjoyed getting out on the South course and what a great deal! Overall course looks good and the pace was excellent - we had Mother's Day going for us which I think kept some folks at home. Nice course and well kept.
