Willowick Golf Course

Some of the fairways were in rough shape. Looks as though they might have a gopher issue. The greens were pristine though. Very good condition. I do enjoy playing there and will definitely play there again soon.

I’ve played this course several times as it is a good price, especially when I’m treating my boys to a round. I don’t expect much for the price, but the condition of fairways, tee boxes, fencing and driving range leave much to be desired. Especially when compared to nearby low price options. I hope they get on course and improve soon.

The fairways were horribly maintained! It was impossible to get proper footing. There were holes everywhere, hard dirt patches, too much dry grass, etc. This was our first time at the course and we will definitely not return

This course has to be the absolute worse course in all of Orange County! This course has junkyard carts, has zero smooth pathways to drive on. The fairways look like a gopher battlefield with tunnels and mounds everywhere. Hundreds of them. I think the best thing about this course is the greens, and I give that a 2 star rating. I wouldn’t come back to this course even if they paid me to play here.

Worst tee box and fairway conditions on any golf course I have ever played in my 57 years of playing golf.

They were in terrible shape and looked awful.

It doesn't matter how good the course is the guy who is always in the pro shop is running the place into the ground. He is lazy and has no business knowledge. We had 2 groups of two and the guy asked us to pay with 1 card for 4 people and we said no. Then he begged us to do that. We again said no each person will be paying for themselves. And he said well that will take 15 minutes then. This makes no sense and he is just a lazy crooked guy.

Was very disappointed in the pace of play. Took my 4 1/2 hours to finish 18 as players ahead were taking very long. No Marshall or anyone to get pace of play up. At least staff was kind enough to let me go ahead of my tee time… course conditions themselves were not great. Not really good fairways, just a lot of dirt patches. Tee boxes were also half dirt or dead grass. I think there are better courses for a similar price.

I have played this course many times but not recently. Plan to continue in the future but never before have the fairways been so bumpy, even at slow speed. Also lost 3 golf balls in the middle of the fairway due to many indentions or actual holes, etc. Could really use some course management in the form of a marshall, even though the pace of play was good, had a single that came up on us at 15 and hit into us several times and when finished at 18 never saw the jerk come off the course, so he must of came late and tried to get finished so he could illegally play more golf??? Or just wanted to try to ruin somebody else's round.

this is the worst course and it keeps getting worse. it is a scam to pay them 50+ dollars to play this course. there is no course management but they got new merch in the pro shop. YOU NEED OFF ROAD SUSPENSION to drive around the course or a serious massage the next day. PLEASE THIS COURSE NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTTED.

Great price with the senior rate, carts is in good condition, tee box are decent but can be better like being flat, level. Fairways and hit and miss with lots of animals hole that some are covered up but not flat, irregular grasses and uneven fairways. Area near the green have been much improved. Bunker are in the wet side and some areas of the fairways are over watered being a bit muddy. Green are green and in great condition.
