Walk in the footsteps of pros at the Inverrary Country Club. Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed the golf courses at this club.
The legendary East Course is the signature course, where 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments were played including the Honda, the Jackie Gleason - Inverrary Classics, the Tournament Players Championship and the LPGA Phar-Mor Classic.
It is in excellent condition and is characterized by large, rolling greens, multiple tees, strategically placed bunkers, and lots of water. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards.
The 7th hole is frequently mentioned as among the best par threes in Florida. Playing 199 yards from the back tee, it's all carry over water to a green that is angled in such a way as to look far smaller than it is in reality.

The condition of the course was worse than almost any course I have ever played except for one course that we played in Kentucky that had mats for tee boxes! Come on people this could be a good place to play. Wouldn’t even go back if it was free!
Challenging and yet relaxing
Great pace of place, layout and greens. Would love to see the paths cleaned up a bit but super value for the cost.

Fair
All the money invested in greens. I felt like we needed seat belts for carts. Rough cart paths. Fairways find some grass. tee boxes alright. greens excellent and very fast.
What u pay is what u get in winter so for the price it is not too bad.

This course needs a little
TLC... could be a great course if they would spend the time and clean it up a little. Also need to get some grass in the fairways, very patchy. I enjoyed it but it was very busy and needs some upkeep.

Prettty good value
For this time of year Inverrary East is pretty good value. Fast greens , little damage, decent fairways, traps are not well maintained. can't have it all for forty dollars

Fast green, improved course since last year.Practice facilities not so good (driving range).
Great layout
I would recommend this course only because of layout this is well designed course by Robert Trent Jones but the overall condition is not so good needs a lot of work greens were good
Pleasant surprise
I have played this course many times but after a round last April I told myself I would never come back due to hotrible conxition of course. But on a recommendation by a golfer at another course last week I decided to give it another chance and glad i did. Coirse has fone a full 180 on conditions. Greens were fantastic, fsirways good and tee boxes great. They have win me back.
Course with good challenges
A bit of water, well placed sand, all in all,a fair challenge
Great greens
Fairways are hit or miss depending on the hole , but overall not bad. Greens roll really nice and fast. Pace of play was 4 hours on a Sunday late morning. Good value for the money.
