East at Inverrary Country Club

Found this course on Golfnow with great rates.
The course was well maintained, only some tee boxes could have needed more attention. The greens were great - fast and true - and the fairways fine. Maybe the semi roughs could have been more punishing, the thin bermuda grass was pretty easy to play.
The staff was very nice, especcially in the pro shop.

If there is something you might complain about (I won't because I didn't mind) is the pace of play: 5 hours and already a 20 minutes delay right from tee #1.

And I would have liked to see hole overviews on the tees, showing more than just the yardage.

A lot of the great golfers have played here. Must have been one of the stops for the PGA. Jackie Gleason held his tournament here. Only had one day where the pace was slow. going to play there 2 more times. The car GPS is not right. when it tells you to turn right on Inverrary, DON'T. Turn the other way. East course is better than the west.

Went directly from Ft Lauderdale airport. convenient location. Great price. course was in nice shape. Fairways and greens were very good and for the money, well....

club house a little old, had quick breakfast, not great, but not outragesouly priced. Wouldn't eat it again.

I would play the course again. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices in the pro shop as well.

Les verts sont rapides et roulent bien.
L'aménagement pourrait être beaucoup mieux.
Le allées sont très ordinaires.
Par contre, il est en meilleur état qu'en 2013.

We played the west course before and enjoyed. This time we wanted to try the east course and it was a mistake. We found the course negleted. There were no raques on sand traps, no golf ball washers in all the holes except 15 and not garbage containers.
Three of par 4 holes were cart only ( never saw that before ) witch added a lot of walking on a hot day.
We found the cart path were very far from the greens and since there are sand traps around every hole it again caused much walking.

Overall we think this was the least enjoyable course we have ever played and would not recommend. If you must go there play the west course

Compare to the prevous years it was in great shape,the green were Fast and the fairways smooth .

The course is well kept, greens are in excellent conditions. The fairways are also well kept. I Would play the course again and I would recommend a friend. I played the East course. Amongst the best value for money in a 30 miles radius of this area.

a few of the tea boxes needed major work, nice fairways and very smooth and true rolling greens.they have come a long way getting the course back in shape from what it was about a year ago.

Play the East and West course all the time. They both are in great shape. Of the two, East is in better shape. Great place overall…..

Tee boxes need some work very patchy at best. for first time players of this course it's very hard to navigate. No map of the holes or pictures on tee boxes so on some holes you have no idea where to play your shot. Other then that the course was great and the green were in fantastic shape.

Fairway was wet but greens are in good shape
Staff is very gentle, course is very well manage.
I recommend this golf course.

Course is in good condition. It is long and will take you 4-4 1/2 to play 18. The greens are very fast but as smooth as can be. Greens are really a treat as compared to other courses in the area. Fairways and bunkers in very good condition. Well maintained. Course was not crowded for a weekday. Booking through golf now makes it even more enjoyable. Thank you Golf Now.

Greens in awesome shape, Range is kinda trashed but it works, staff is very cool, NO fairway yardage markers. they got the standard 200, 150, 100 but no sprinkler markers. Course is decent

I never thought I would pay $25 to play a course with such incredible greens. Now I have to rethink my thoughts about the "cheaper" courses. Roughs were cut down, which was very pleasing to me; made the "bad" drives not too bad. Played it twice in two days!!

Teed off at 8:22. Finished after 1. Other than that, perfect.

Played WEST this time. It was very enjoyable, there was hardly anyone out there on a Tuesday. West was more fun to play than the East Pro course. The west has more interesting dogleg holes. The East seems like a bear if you're not a long hitter. The sand bunkers on the West need some work, bathroom was out of order, a few fairways were a little muddy. However most of the course is beautiful with fast greens.

Excellent golf course!
But for the distance, I could play here at least once a week.
Our game was stalled by thunderstorm but we played thereafter.
We enjoyed ourselves!
