Walk in the footsteps of pros at the Inverrary Country Club. Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed the golf courses at this club.
The legendary East Course is the signature course, where 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments were played including the Honda, the Jackie Gleason - Inverrary Classics, the Tournament Players Championship and the LPGA Phar-Mor Classic.
It is in excellent condition and is characterized by large, rolling greens, multiple tees, strategically placed bunkers, and lots of water. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards.
The 7th hole is frequently mentioned as among the best par threes in Florida. Playing 199 yards from the back tee, it's all carry over water to a green that is angled in such a way as to look far smaller than it is in reality.

It's Back!
Maybe I shouldn't say this , but Inverrary is in as good of shape as any public course in South Fl.. Greens are fast and fairway is close to being lush
hot day with sprinklers
It started out great, John the attendant was very helpful and everything is clean. I loved the breakfast option, but the course has no breakfast until season. The course restaurant/grill stopped taking cards...only cash. The cart girl is not too knowledgeable or helpful. Make sure you see the starter before driving to the west course. The starter will give you the score card. The round started out great...until the back nine. We were not notified through Golf Now or the course, there was an aeration process going on. Sanding the on the all the greens, and the sprinklers on for half of the back nine. I don't care that the sprinklers came on, it was if course very hot, but no aeration notice. I choose Inverrary because the other courses had aeration.
Best course value
This course is in very good conditions. Greens are some of the best in the area. T boxes are not so good but improving For the money it's one of the best in Fort Lauderdale area.
THIS COURSE IS A GREAT VALUE
Inverrary has the best greens ( fastest) for a public course (both West and East courses) in Broward county. The rest of the course was in decent shape considering all of the rain the last several weeks.
What a value!
Tim N
Sand bunkers are in bad shape and the tee boxes can use some work, but the greens are great and an overall fun course.
West course greens are amazing!
Fastest and truest greens in all of south florida! Some spots in fairways in rough but overall a great course and a great value! Will definitely be back (already scheduled to play again later this week!)
Enjoyed the day
The course was in great shape. The greens are some of the best that I have played in South Florida. They are also some of the largest greens. Had a great time and will play again.
Always a good deal
I love playing here. The course is of great value the staff is great greens are gast and true. I play it every chance I get.
Good. Value
Course was in VG condition with the exception being that it had standing water and was soft in some areas due to recent rains.
This course is coming back to its luster in the wonder years
The course is under new management so the fairways are still coming around and the greens are getting better . Course layout a little challenging , good course for double digit handicapers
Great price
Inverarry West is a good course that can be challenging with all the water and bunkers. We arrived a little over an hour early and asked if we can start early; that was the wrong question to ask. I was advised because I got such a great rate, I would have to wait, even though there were really no one else there. We burned up 30 minutes on the driving range and then spoke to the starter who recommended that we work on some putting over on the West side and if no one is at the tee box to start when we were ready. Starter made up for the shortness of the counter person. I felt like we were penalized for being early.
Disorganized layout, confusing course directions.
The greens were above average. The individual hole maps were no where. The navigation of the course was more so than not, ambiguous and confusing. Staff was great, but course obviously stood for itself. Very long par 4's with little hole direction so most of the time you're shooting blind. Worst part was a "discounted" rate was $28 per person... NEXT
Inverrary East
Fairways and greens are very good. The greens are very well maintained. Green side bunkers could use fresh sand as they seem compacted and on the hard side. The staff is very friendly. A great value overall, even in the morning.
Nice course and great summer rate
Booked through Golfnow, it would have been nice if we knew beforehand that the greens were aerated just a week or so earlier. The course played great though the fairways were in nice shape a few tee boxes were being re done and had new sod. The greens played very well despite being aerated. No problem going back anytime!
First Time Playing
It was my first time playing this course and in my books it's a real good course, Challenging , with sand traps in fair way and all around the greens. You mush think about your game when you are playing, and play it safe, or else you will be in bad shape for your next shot. I really like the course and well be going back.
In Betwen The Rain
Had a great day at Inverary East.Plaed the course in three hours. Everyone thought it would rain. It didn't. We moved along very quickly. The conditions of the course and the was just great. Cant wait to do it again.
inverrary
course is in good shape.. a few areas that needed improvement. greens were fast and sloped. Definitely a great value for the buck..
Great Time
Had a great time. I will look forward to playing this course again.
Great course
Haven't played EAST in years but overall it great!
Course on the rebound
6 months ago I swore off this course but heard it was getting back into shape so gave it a shot. Conditions, esp. the greens are much improved, but still not near what this legendary track should be. Don't expect much from the ammenities and you should not be disappointed. Well worth it if you get a good deal.
