Walk in the footsteps of pros at the Inverrary Country Club. Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed the golf courses at this club.
The legendary East Course is the signature course, where 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments were played including the Honda, the Jackie Gleason - Inverrary Classics, the Tournament Players Championship and the LPGA Phar-Mor Classic.
It is in excellent condition and is characterized by large, rolling greens, multiple tees, strategically placed bunkers, and lots of water. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards.
The 7th hole is frequently mentioned as among the best par threes in Florida. Playing 199 yards from the back tee, it's all carry over water to a green that is angled in such a way as to look far smaller than it is in reality.

Challenging course...nice greens...good value
This is a Robert Trent Jones designed course where they have played a number of prestigious tournaments in the past. While it is certainly not what is was back then, it is a very well maintained and challenging course. The greens were fast and true. Plenty of water to hit over and well trapped greens. Nice feature is that each cart is equipped with a high end GPS system. Also has a nice practice facility with excellent putting green and chipping area. Driving range is also available. All in all a very good golfing experience for the money.
Good value for your winter dollar.
For a casual golfer in Broward County Inverrary offers good value for your dollar in winter. The fairways and tee boxes needed attention but were certainly playable and the greens were in great shape and fast compared to many other courses in the area. Pace of play was good and staff was friendly.
Best value in s Florida
Great round ..... Course is in very good shape twosome ...slower play and busy course but flowed well and enjoyed the condition of this course
just put the rakes in the bunkers..
We had a great experience @ the course I think they could be a little more outgoing not having to ring a bell for bag drop would be nice... anytime employees are eating in front of customers it sends a bad message.. Course was in decent shape just need to leave bunker rakes in the bunkers not in the carts that is time consuming and makes play horrible if you lose or forget to bring the rake with you.. The grill was nice food was good drink were cold so all in all a great experience...
Course needs work. 2 stars only
Course sand traps need lots of work. Rakes should not be on the carts. No one racks the sand traps. Fees for this course are too high through Golfnow.com. Greens were good and easy to read. Cart paths need work. Would not recommend this course to fellow golfers. Bag drop attendants very good and attentive. Cashier unfriendly. Course had lots of loose debris everywhere.
The difficulties of this course are diversified but not exaggerated.
Inverrary east is one of our favorite courses. The distance is correct for the women.
I really enjoy playing here.
I have played this course several times and will keep playing it. Plays moderately difficult from the blue tees but would be very challenging from the tips. Ample driving area in fairways but bunkers, trees and some water strategically placed for mishits. Approach shots are tougher with some narrow greens. Greens typically are in good shape and true.
Great layout, it's got everything you want, sand, water and trees.
Greens were in great shape, nice fairways, rough was short but filled in. I will play it agiin.
Rangers need to get involved. At least ask questions.
Course was a good value using golf now. My buddy and I played as a twosome. We came upon a foursome that were very high handicappers. Although there were several rangers on the west course, none intervened to allow us to play through. It affected my game because there were at least two holes open in front of them.
Nice course- not too many snowbirds yet
Course was in decent shape, ok fairways, beautiful greens, nice soft bunkers. Played fast and pretty much open in the afternoons. Great place for the money. Try the east course- maintained a little better than the west.
The tee off were ugly.
I have played that course last year, and Inverrary West was more in good shape than this year. The faiway were fair but the green were in good shape.
Thank you.
This course provides great challenges with bunkered fairways and greens.
GPS had unexceptable performance and lacked signal reception and delayed responses on most holes.
loved it
It was a surprise==will play sister course--greens best played so far--stay longer play again and again--staff great and pace good too--following fellow Canadians
Most enjoyable course
Staff was friendly. Course is great for beginners as well as accomplished players.
Inverrary Country Club West is sure Not the Best!
Nice layout is undermined by poor maintenance. Ratty Gas Carts, although the GPS would have been nice... if it had worked! Crumbling Cart Paths. Decent rough but spotty rough fairways. Decent Greens but hard horrid Bunkers. I got a Hot Deal and a BOGO so paid $8.50 per person to play. I would feel completely ripped off if it hadn't been so cheap. There are plenty of better courses in the area at the same or lower regular prices. This course needs a lot of work.
greens and fairways in good conditions. great value.
the course is in better conditions than last year. the east course i played had renewed greens, and it worth to be played.
Fun to play here
Played at the East course. It's nice and fun to play here. Not very busy. I will be back to play again.
course in great condition
greens are hard and very fast but true. Fairways in good condition. Gps on carts is accurate. Staff is very friendly and accomidating. Would play this course again and again!!!
