Walk in the footsteps of pros at the Inverrary Country Club. Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed the golf courses at this club.
The legendary East Course is the signature course, where 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments were played including the Honda, the Jackie Gleason - Inverrary Classics, the Tournament Players Championship and the LPGA Phar-Mor Classic.
It is in excellent condition and is characterized by large, rolling greens, multiple tees, strategically placed bunkers, and lots of water. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards.
The 7th hole is frequently mentioned as among the best par threes in Florida. Playing 199 yards from the back tee, it's all carry over water to a green that is angled in such a way as to look far smaller than it is in reality.

BUYER BEWARE!!
Greens are horrible and have recently been aerated, course is no listing the greens issues to the Golfnow website. Buyer Beware!!!
Grand course in great shape
Inverrary is a grand old course that is a pleasure to play when in great shape, as it is now.
Has seen better times
The East course has all features you need for an interesting yet enjoyable round of golf, but the course conditions were not too good. Especially the tee boxes and fairways need a lot more attention, greens were ok.
ok
good thing is the cart girl was seen often, ranger on top of people, i guess east course hasnt been maintained, since being redone not too long ago. weeds are coming in bundles, but the good thing is you are now starting to see the weed killer on them. maybe getting ready for the canadians to come in.
great value,great staff
i can't wait to play again this course is worth playing weekly it has 2 courses
Good for a practice roud
This course could use some fairway maintenance, the greens were fine. The East course is much better.
The course is a little neglected.
Overall the course is good. I like long courses and this is one of them. However, it seems that maintenance is off for the summer which will make this an ok course for this coming winter.
Questionable Maintenance
Fairways need some help these days. Maybe it was the time of year however there was little distinction between the fairways and rough.
Challenging
Overall, good experience. Great mix of holes. Tee shots are inviting with subtle difficulty. Approach shots to the greens were very challenging.missing greens long or to the side usually demands a difficult recovery. Greens are layed out at an angle from the fairway. They look big from far away. But, once you get there you realize they are not deep. Fairways were little fuzzy.
East Course Inverrary East
East Course was in Good shape; greens were in excellent condition.
inverrary west course
Narrow elevated greens make this course tough to score on. The greens are ok but weeds are popping up now that were not there 2 weeks ago.
Great Time
Love this course first time playing this course and i loved it, very afordable, great condition and the pace of play was great, great time and such a good suprise since i tough it not be that good based on price, coming back soon
Great Course for the Money
Played at 4 pm...pace of play was great...$15 through Golfnow...can't find a better course for the money
GolfNow saved us considerable dollars and we played a great course!
I booked a tee time at Inverrary East course for $25 which is a great deal! The course was in very nice shape. Greens were particularly nice being firm, fast, and true. It is always nice seeing the history that has been made on that course with winners of PGA events such as Nicklaus, Trevino, and Miller, among others...I actually booked the West Course today for $15! I'll be writing another review soon:-)
Good condtion, Great price!
Fun to play, good condition, great friendly staff and practice facility and cant beat that golf now price. If you have the time check out the bonanza.
Good greens
Great greens at inverrary east course or west. Greens are quick. The traps were too firm.
this course is challenging
I have played there before. It is always in good condition and the staff is always friendly.
feedback for inverrary west
the wait was so long that we stopped playing after 9 holes...
the 2 courses were overbooked
