About
Located only minutes away from downtown Tampa, Rogers Park Golf Course offers easy access to Tampa International Airport and also the beautiful beaches of Tampa Bay. Although it has a convenient location near many attractions, it is secluded from the noise of busy streets and neighborhoods since the Hillsborough River almost completely surrounds it. The scenic golf course has water hazards coming into play on several holes and there are sand bunkers throughout. In addition to the course, Rogers Park is known for their extensive practice facilities. They boast of having one of Tampa's finest driving ranges and their three-hole course provides excellent short game practice.

For what it cost to play the course is in bad condition. Tees and fairways are not very good. Greens were consistent and smooth.
Great day on the course with friends
The greens were in pretty good shape, quick and you needed to make a good put to score. We really enjoyed the round.
Nice open course, great value for the money
Played four Tampa courses this week. Liked the Rodger for open course, driving range, laid back atmosphere, and good course conditions when it’s been hot and dry.
Excellent
RP is an excellent golf course. Lay out is very fair but challenging. Staff is always the friendliest.
Great Muni!
As far as courses go, I give Rogers Park 4 stars. Considering itis a muni, I'd give it 5 stars. Greens roll nice, fairways are good, driving range and practice green are all great. One of my favorite low-key courses in Tampa
Rogers Park
It was an okay round of golf. Would be nice to have as mjuch grass in the fairways as they have a round the driving range that way your shots would be consistent. A bit slow as we had a couple of walkers in front of us. Still not happen with the non windshiels, non bag covers, non phone or monitory connectivity devices inthe cart.
Good course
I like playing here. They have new golf carts now!!!
Great course mAnagement a bitnshaldy
Had a good time just that if they had a mArshall. I got there early because I had booked as a single and found out people were waiting for carts they paired me up with a twosome so I got out Thirty minutes early only for us to get stuck behind a foursome who had two teenage boys with them and the boys were driving the carts and running around the golf course. We decided to play through then only to get yelled at for hitting into them which our long driver of the ball apologized for as he did it realized the ball would carry that far as he had never played here before. They went on to say there were only a shot or two behind the group in front of them once we passed them and caught up with the group in front of them we realized they were three holes behind that group. Needless to say had a Marshall been out there he could have at least warned them. Additionally everybody behind us were going to not finish before dark because that group was holding up the entire golf course
Nice course
First time playing this course and was pretty pleased. For a municipal course, it’s definitely challenging. Some greens were in rough shape as well as a few tee boxes. Overall I will play it again.
Pleasantly surprised.
We weren’t expecting such a great course and such a great tract when we booked this. It was a hot deal on Golf Now. This place is plainly speaking a real nice course, challenging but fair. Carts are real nice too. Great sandwiches. We will definitely play this course many more times in the future.
