Rogers Park Golf Course

Course was in good shape for the winter. Greens were in real good shape and fairways were fairly plush considering its January. There were two foursomes in front of our group but everyone moved right along. It's a nice course and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend Roger's Park, it's always a good time.

Fun day of golf perfect 70 degrees, only draw back some greens had been sanded and made them slow but I know it is necessary, but wasn’t bad, definitely go

Full price is too expensive for this course but with a reduced rate it is reasonable.

Seems every time we play this course we are busy with balls coming from behind us as pace of play can be slow

I wanted to treat my brother to an interesting round in a place with good reviews. The condition was fine. Everything was in great shape but the greens were slow. Also, the entire front 9 was the same par 4 hole out, back in, and out again. No design or architecture . We were excited to see the back but even by 8 our cart was dying. By the time we teed off a 10 we were lucky to get the cart back to the clubhouse. (and then was shouted at to bring the dying cart across the street.)

We got a very generous rain check for our time so I can't say they didn't make it right.

What I do need to say is, this is a boring course. I have never seen such blatant back-and-forth in FL. Nothing made me ask "what is the architect asking of me right now". Instead it was "was the architect just phoning this in?:

This course needs a redesign. They need new carts. They need to force 2-somes to pair up (that includes us!).

First time playing and the course was fun. Nice layout and very open fairways. A lot of people out on the course made the pace of play very poor. Tried starting on the back 9 to speed up the day but was unsuccessful. Still would recommend.

Amazing course for a reasonable price and well maintained, greens are well kept. Its not the longest course but it had some challenging pin locations and makes for a fun round. Will definitely play again!

Course was ridiculously slow. They’re letting too many people on the course.

My Grandson rode along with me and made the round very rewarding. The check in was good and gentleman behind the counter very accommodating. Love the course had a lot of charm. Would recommend to anyone that loves the game.

I mentioned on my last review.seniors with cards should not have too pay snow bird prices.We support the county courses all year round. thanks p.s. the employees at the three courses are very courteous and friendly.And no I am not looking for a job at the present time.Happy New Year

Everything was great, EXCEPT they don’t seem to have enough golf carts (so the carts aren’t staying charged). Our first golf cart died on the first hole. 2nd cart (brought by the golf course employee) also died… the 7th hole. After a 20 minute wait (that’s how long it took them to bring a third golf cart), the employee admitted they’re short on working carts and that’s why the first two had dead batteries (not enough time to charge in between groups). The delayed caused two parties to play ahead of us, so we ended up having to wait on each hole.

Overall enjoyable day. The. Most noteworthy details were the Slow greens. Nothing else stands out as worth mentioning .

The course is in the best condition that I have ever played. Fairway and greens are in perfect condition. Always good wildlife on the course.
